MISTAKEN

MISTAKEN

“Meeting your parents is a serious issue.” She clearly remembers the strong impression his mom left on her, and she didn’t wish to encounter such again. However, she has to be considerate of Dylan, who has it rough with his parents. She’d have to talk to him and know what step to take, knowing Dylan could be pissed if she met with them without him being informed. “Have you told Dylan about it?” “No. He’s not picking up my calls. He hates me.” Liam lets out a big sigh before driving his right hand through his light brown hair.

His Luna by Mistake, A Mother by Fate

His Luna by Mistake, A Mother by Fate

Fear. Not fear of the council of elders. Not fear of the Sovereign Codex. Not even fear of losing my title. Fear of waking up years from now and realizing I had made the same mistake as the Alpha in Father's story. I suddenly realized that the story Father told me wasn't about love. It was a warning. A warning so I wouldn’t end up walking in the path that said Alpha did and lost everything.

His Mistreated Mate

His Mistreated Mate

Mother was shaking uncontrollably, and she had no idea what was happening. It makes no difference to me whether she thinks I’m evolving because she wants this. “Blake . . .” Mother uttered a mumble. She is attempting to persuade me, but my father keeps giving me the sideways glance of the evil eye. I am sure he wants me to leave this location soon. “I’m going to leave right now—” “Why? You’re going with those worthless people you hang out with—”

His Mistake, Her Revenge

His Mistake, Her Revenge

"I just remembered there's something I want to try with you first. My Dad never wanted me to try it as a kid because he was always scared of having a heart attack." As I expected, Leo's interest was piqued. "Oh, what's that?" "The haunted house." I winked. "I always wanted to try that as a kid." That was the only truth I told. "I promise you'll love it." "Okay, let's go. I'm willing to try. Where is it?" He asked, eagerly. I quickly turned us around and began to head the opposite direction which would lead us to the haunted house. On my account, it was probably the biggest mistake I made.

Mistake of a Lifetime: My Husband and My Sister's Child

Mistake of a Lifetime: My Husband and My Sister's Child

"You insolent child! How dare you spout such nonsense!" Lillian, dazed from the blow, collapsed onto the floor. She then wrapped her arms around Henry's leg and burst out crying. "Mommy tied me up in the car and crashed it on purpose, Daddy! Please tell Mommy not to tie me up again, Daddy. I'm really scared! Where's that mean—oh no, I mean Mommy Whitney? Is she going to come rescue me again?" Upon hearing the words "Mommy Whitney," I couldn't help but feel a sense of irony wash over me. They cast me aside like garbage when I was still alive, but now that I was dead, they treated me like a precious treasure instead.

My Sweet Mistake

My Sweet Mistake

Kristina said, "I know you've always wanted to visit them but you're afraid of graves and shrines because you think that you'll lose someone important again. So we got all the help we needed to turn this to quite a beautiful view." "It was all Kristina's idea though." Angelo protested It really was beautiful but as I stepped closer to see mom and dad's name written there, I felt a sharp and intense pain in my stomach and I couldn't breathe. My heart was pounding so much as I remembered fragments of memories when I was young and attended their funeral- it was so traumatizing. I saw both my parents dead and I can't even cry. I was afraid I'd lose Ashley too. I fell to the ground covering my ey

Beautiful Mistake

Beautiful Mistake

I thought we were going straight to the hotel but we already passed a lot of hotel. He was running too fast as if he has important thing to do. I was just sitting and staring at the lights of the building we were passing, I was still trying to glance at the sky but I was having a hard time to do so. For me, it's better to look at the sky every night. Every morning most people are blind in different ways, we become blind to the truth, love and in our own being. It is as if the sun's rays are blinding us.

Shifter Short Stories

Misty's P.O.V. I wake up sandwiched between my two sleeping mates, but my mind is heavy. I can't stop thinking about everything I learned last night. I'm the daughter of the goddess Athena; my parents, or the people I referred to as my parents, lied to me my entire life, and I have magic. Seeing the fog fill the room at the palace was incredible, but I don't understand what I'll use it for. It would help to know what we're preparing for.

The True Luna's Mark

The True Luna's Mark

Misty started to laugh just as I heard someone enter the Stadium. Turning my head, I saw our parents walking toward us. “Can’t we talk about this?” I backed away from them, holding my hands up as I saw the baseball bat in their hand. “We need to make this quick. Brent will be here before long.” Misty ignored me. “His name is Breck.” I corrected her. “I don’t care.” She rolled her eyes and let out a sigh of annoyance. “I promise that if you just let me go, I won’t ever speak about this to anyone. I will live with the humans, and you will never need to worry about me again.” I pleaded, but it was disregarded.

I am so in love with this book! The story is very well written and the characters are highly developed. What I have been enjoying the most about this story, is for everything that is happened Stormie, she still continues to survive, grow, be independent, finds her weaknesses and strengthens them.
