The men nodded and got to work while the others shifted into wolves and darted back into the woods to find their comrades who had been wounded by the beast. Moon's call approached his cottage which was close to a hill at the other side of a narrow stream flowing down into the river at one part of the forest. He walked across the board bridge he had made over the stream to get to his own side. Although he would have easily sprinted through the stream if he was in his wolf form but he didn't really fancy getting wet when he was in his human form.

The river flowed towards the sea, tall trees stood on the side and the moon was hanging up in the sky. "This is a nice place," she took a sip from the bottle. "And the moon is beautiful. I don't think I've ever looked at the moon this closely before. Those dark spots are the craters in the moon, did you know?" "No, that's Jack and Jill who went up there to fetch a pail of water... See, they splashed the water though," he pointed and Jacques Laughed. "It looks that way, isn't it?" "I am glad you like this place, Jerlina," he kissed her forehead.

The upper part of the castle was cloudy and I noticed smoke in my path. Far away I noticed the lights at the palace gate. As I walked closer to it suddenly thundered loudly and blew. With the force of the wind, the lights from the large lamps attached to the gate gradually fade. The lights went out forever but the sky did not darken forever. The light from the moon still remained even though it was cloudy in the part where the big castle stood.

The castle, which had once stood as a beacon of beauty and power, now lay in ruins, its once-grand walls crumbling and half destroyed. Danielle and Leita stood in silence, taking in the scene before them. The setting sun cast an eerie glow on the ruins, creating a stark contrast between the majestic castle of the past and the broken fortress that now lay in ruins. She could not believe her eyes what was in front of her. Andros alerted and we travelled down a steep hill before taking the path straight to where a ruined castle stood. I knew this castle from history but never thought that it would exist. It was said that the moon goddess once resided in this castle deep in the forest before her Ascension to heavens which was caused by a war which broke out between her and the god of the vampires. I had always thought that it was mere fables but staring at it now and remembering what I had read, it was all a true story.
