I was about to answer him, but my dad let out a loud growl, causing West and I to look at him. "THAT IS ENOUGH," my dad said. I knew West was scared by my father's voice. "I am the Alpha King, and you have no right coming here and questioning me or my son. You might be a part of the werewolf council, but don't forget who is in charge here. Remember your place," My dad growled in a commanding tone, making West fall to his knees.

Craig's jaw clenched and his fork stabbed into the crisp greens and vibrant vegetables, diverting his pent-up energy, into his food. "When has it become a crime to ask questions?" "You can ask questions but try to make it a bit less uncomfortable." "Whatever. Answer my question." "My dad is King Jalen, the werewolf King," Craig's dad gasped in surprise "Craig, why didn't you tell me she was the werewolf king's daughter?" Craig stuttered, not meeting his dad's gaze. "It escaped my mind. She… she's the werewolf king's daughter." "I see," King Craigislav said. A surge of annoyance hit me and my feet kicked Craig under the table.

A cold voice booms through the hall. Dad! He’s standing there, dressed in black, a cold smirk on his face. A cigarette in one hand, the other around Mama’s waist. His burning red eyes trained on Aleric, who is unable to hide the rage on his face… Aleric pales slightly, as many of the guests lower their heads to Dad. He’s still the king, whether they like that or not. “How did you…” Aleric trails off. Surprised they got past the witches?

… In the Conference room, our family, and an oddly handsome couple of a stern, coffin-faced man with a pleasant young lady, whose beautiful smile was brightening the atmosphere, were sitting across the table. Whereas, Aaron’s toothy smile was displaying his elation. He cleared his throat and introduced them. “Meet my dad, the Vampire King Arthur, and mom Queen Gloria.” Dad stood from his spot and bowed his head, the Vampire King also reciprocated his gesture of respect. Then Aaron’s mom spoke gently. “We are here for our daughter-in-law. Then Heaven has finally blessed our son. We can’t express our happiness in words.” The Vampire King’s pale face was having a hint of softness, as a reaction

As I walked in, I could hear my father's complaints and his daughter trying to calm him down. "I don't understand, he is stressing me so much. He is thirty years old, how long do I have to wait? I am getting older, dear. I could die at any moment. He needs to choose a Luna before I go. He is after all my only son." My father, King Olive also known as Alpha said. Ben was the first person to sight me and he seemed to be relieved. "He is back, Alpha." He announced and the father-daughter pair glanced at me. My dad stood up and approached me.

James laughed just as his Father, the current Royal Beta Adam, walked in with my own Father, the werewolf King. "Shit Eoin you and your father are two very destructive men" Adam whistled "between the bill for your destroyed gym equipment and your father's bill for your mother's destroyed underwear the crown will be bank rupt." he laughed. Adam was always a man whore as my father often put it and his mind is never far from the gutter. I shuddered at the realisation of his words. I really didn't need to know anything about my parents intimate lives.

Owl paid so much attention to protecting her. "Kevin is very lucky. In a short time, you will be a grandfather." There was a whisper in the room. For a moment, Kevin's heart was full of mixed feelings. He was about to be modest, but when he heard that man's words, his heart feel bitter, "But the adopted daughter is the adopted daughter after all. When her wings are hard, she flies out of control. I heard that he has made a big mistake in the company recently which led to the stock share plummet. It's not so good to be the father-in-law of Mr. Owl."

I grab a bowl, grinding fresh leaves between my fingers, and kneel beside my younger son, Caleb. “Hold still,” I murmur, dabbing the paste across a bruise on his leg. He wrinkles his nose but stays put, the mixture sinking into his skin, calming the purple mark. Elijah, my older boy, tilts his chin up at me, his eyes…his father’s eyes…searching. “Mom, why was uncle king staring at us?” The air vanishes from my lungs. My hand freezes over the jar. Eve claws at my ribs, urging me to spill the truth, to tell them whose blood runs in their veins.

She was indeed recuperating so fast. Later on, he left the ward and I spent about an hour with Hannah in the ward. When my mum woke up, we chatted too and I told her of the alpha king taking care of her bills…..But I made sure to hide the main point, but my mother was sceptical about it. “Olivander is the son of the late alpha king of the Star furs pack, and you are seriously saying you are good with him?” my mother interjected. I faked a smile, knowing where she was heading.

Oliver, the product of his affairs with one of his concubines, had a distant relationship due to his lack of noble or common status, but now he had the opportunity for a father-son relationship and to enjoy his grandson. "Henry will be the prince of the kingdom, but with a traitor for a father, his chances of becoming king have been reduced to zero. I cannot have the son of a traitor as the heir to the throne," clarified King Ruppert, and no one dared to refute. "I suppose we cannot refuse," Oliver said with frustration, as his peaceful life had come to an end. "So be it, Your Majesty," he replied with a hint of irony, bowing before his father.
