The Pack's Outcast Luna 소설 & 이야기

he said bluntly, his tone devoid of warmth. Jade’s jaw tightened. “Excuse me?” “You heard me,” he said, leaning back in his chair with a smug smile. “The arrangements have been made. He’s paying handsomely for this union, and I’ll finally be rid of you. It’s a win-win for everyone.” Her heart thundered in her chest as the implications sank in. Alpha Zack—the notorious leader of the Bloodmoon Pack. Stories of his cruelty were whispered in every corner of the werewolf world. He was searching for his third Luna after the mysterious deaths of the first two.

She tried to continue but Dylan shut her up with a glare “Now that you have answered the questions truthfully in front of all these people, I don't want to ever hear you refer to yourself as my girlfriend or future Luna. And don’t ask the maids to call you Luna either. You aren’t and you will never be the Luna of this pack” He told her, releasing her hands, he adjusted his shirt and walked out of the pack house leaving devastated Elana on the floor. The room was tense and nobody seemed to know what to say or what to do. Alpha Kaden left immediately.

The status of being a Luna held significant weight and influence. “Trust me, I desire help just as much as you do. But who’s to say they would even want to help us? It would be suicide to provoke a conflict with the Moonstone pack,” I averted my gaze. The Moonstone pack was one of the most powerful and influential packs in the Western region. While they may not be friendly towards our pack, they were not our enemies either.

Luna looked nervous, glancing around to make sure they were alone. "What do you know, Luna?" Athena asked, her voice low. Luna hesitated, then spoke in a rush. "I've seen Brody sneaking out of the pack's territory at night, meeting with a group of wolves from the rival pack. They're planning something big, and I think it's connected to the threat against our pack." Jasper's ears folded back, his eyes narrowing. "Do you know what they're planning?" Luna shook her head. "No, but I overheard them mention something about a 'traitor' in our pack. I think they might be working with someone on the inside."

I opened it, and it turned out to be someone I didn't expect. "You?" "My name is Lisa Scott, the Luna of this pack , and I'm here to see Olivia."

“That’s good. Lorcan plans to reject you eventually, once he’s had his fun.” Fuck no, he will not be having any kind of fun with me! “But let’s get one thing straight,” Emily stands directly in front of me with her hands on her hips. “Lorcan is my man, and I am Luna of this pack. I don’t want you here, corrupting Lorcan. “We have a good thing, Lorcan and me. The pack recognises me as their Luna, and you are nothing. They will turn on you in a heartbeat, and you’ll be nothing but dead by the time they’re done with you.”

She says, exasperated. "Well, not just that. We are the richest pack on the east side. It makes sense." "Not for long. Regent pack is catching up" Nora, cracks her knuckles. "Ooh, fun". I chew the last of my breakfast. "Isn't their luna attending the ball? she isn't mated yet right?" I ask, putting my plate in the dishwasher. "Luna Maia? oh she's not attending. She's out of country, I think it's bc she doesn't want to find her mate". "Why not? isn't it time, she became luna 2 years back, it's the perfect time". "It's probably complicated, it could be anyone. What if she mates with an alpha? could be mason, too bad she's absent. It'll be a complex situation". "Ascended lunas usually mate with

It all felt like one big barbecue party, with part of it being the welcoming party becoming the member of the pack. When Helena and I joined the crowd, we were received so warmly. Helena was the pack’s Luna, since Jackson hadn’t yet found a new Luna. She had already told me that I was her Luna, but since I wasn’t ready for that yet, we hadn’t shared it with the pack—and fortunately, no one else was pressing me about it. A small, two-level stage had been set up on the lakeshore so that the moon shone beautifully on everyone on stage. Jackson and Dave were already waiting on stage, and Mateo was walking toward us.

Feeling Brett’s body stiffen with anger from Orla’s tone, I place my hand on his arm and quickly change the subject. “So what now for the McCoy pack?” I looked to my Father. Sipping on his cup of coffee he looked back at me. “Well that is kind of up to you now Willow.” “What do you mean?” I asked looking between Dad and Brett. Brett placed his arm around my lower back. “The pack is ours now. We are their Alpha and Luna. We have a lot of work to do retraining them, appointing a beta and delta, trying to trust the pack and also trying to rehome the rogues, if they wish to be.”

Liam said. The men shifted back to wolves except for Liam and Maverick, the only two with some clothes on. “Luna, what can we do to make this easier for you?” Liam said. “I’m very uncomfortable with the assumptions everyone is making. That I’ll be Luna, that I’m goddess-gifted.” She shook her head. “I know you can’t do anything about that.” She sighed. “I need to get out of the pack house. I need to spend time outside. Feel the sun and the wind, the trees. I feel claustrophobic being stuck in there.”
