My P.I Lady

My P.I Lady

Parang may maliit na bagay na nakaipit dito. Out of curiosity, agad ko ng kinuha ang librong 'yon mula sa shelf then dusted it off. "'Where the sun doesn't shine' by Marvens Jeff Bonhomme..?" I couldn't help but shook my head just reading the title at the cover page. This hardbounded black book was no doubt a novel, an old novel kaya ba't naman nandito ito? Was Mr. Romero also interested with this piece of crap? With disgust glare at that book, kinuha ko na lamang yong papel na nakaipit dito and then put that book back to the shelf.

My second chanced mate

My second chanced mate

However, despite his panic, his fear did not last long, for a moment later, the book started glowing, turning itself into the purest form of light that he had ever seen. It pulsed, its glow growing brighter and brighter until the entire book shimmered with the same silver color. As soon as the light began to fade, the werewolf king heard an ear-piercing shriek echo throughout the forest. And as he looked up and saw his reflection in the silver shine of the book, he was met with an unearthly sight. His face was a horrifying mask of red scales and fangs, his amber eyes a pitch black with crimson pupils as they stared intently at the reflection of the book that stared back at him.

Falling for the wolf

Falling for the wolf

If you're in Telluride and you're especially attracted to someone you've never met in your life, run, run far away while you have the chance because once you accept those feelings there is no one who can help you. I thought about Kessler and how I thought I felt about him. Wow, this book is very specific. It is seen that it is old but the writer seems to have suffered in the flesh what is narrated here. I put the book away and kept looking. Lush forests. Clear waters. Beautiful women. indescribable beauty.

Honor in the House of Wolves

Honor in the House of Wolves

He laughed, “There’s another reason I chose here. So open your damn eyes and look around.” I obeyed and didn’t understand. It was dark, overhead was pitchblack and I couldn’t for the life of me figure out what was making that shuffling noise above. It sounded like birds. Then there was a bang above as I saw a flash of light before dust started to fall. For a brief moment I saw how high the ceiling was, floor to ceiling thousands of books lined the dark wooden shelves. The shuffling? I swore they were oddly shaped birds, maybe even bats? My eyes tried focusing but it was hopeless, whatever was up there didn’t want me to see it. The dust though, as my eyes were guided down following one speck

MARKED BY THE SILENCED WOLF

MARKED BY THE SILENCED WOLF

I commanded, my voice echoing with a resonance that was not entirely my own. The iron bolts groaned, a sound like a giant waking from a long slumber. The door swung open slowly, revealing a chamber filled with a soft, ethereal glow. Thousands of scrolls were tucked into honeycomb shelves that reached into the darkness above, and in the center stood a pedestal made of pure obsidian. On it sat the book, bound in skin that shimmered like a raven’s wing. "The Book of Shadows," Lila whispered, her torch flickering as if the room itself were trying to snuff it out. "It actually exists."

Defeated [Shy Book 2]

Defeated [Shy Book 2]

Hi guys, welcome to the sequel for Shy- Defeated ! Hope you enjoy it, and thank you for being patient for this to come out ! It will probably not make much sense to begin with, but bare with me and all will be explained in the upcoming chapters. And please, do not moan at me about the events that happen in this book, I have have these planned for a long time and I'm not changing them or writing them just to please readers, what happens in this book has always been my idea and plan since writing the first book. Please respect that because the amount of hate I received on the ending of Shy was disgusting and put me off writing for a while.

Sold Once, Married Twice

Sold Once, Married Twice

“I’m sure you already know how powerful that book is but I also know that you’d give it to me, you’d do anything for Ryan, that’s how stupid people Inlove are.” I folded my fists as I could feel the fire and anger burn through me. “I. Will. Not. Give it to you.” Her lips expanded in a soft smile, the book of shadows was not something to play with, it was the epitome of evil, it was more powerful than the moon goddess herself and if it’s in the wrong hands, it could destroy the world or tear it apart, there was no way Clara would be able to read it’s content because no one in this world has been able to up till this point.

Pregnant With The Billionaire's Baby

Pregnant With The Billionaire's Baby

His deep-set eyes were tinted golden by the sunlight. But this golden hue was incredibly gentle, like the warm flames of a fireplace or the tranquil, shimmering surface of the sea. It's no wonder people often say that a person is most attractive when they're deeply focused on something. The way he looked now was truly captivating. If only I had started building the cabin sooner, I could've appreciated his handsome face earlier... However, I had become too absorbed in my spying. As a result, the book I was using as a shield suddenly fell with a loud thud!

A Deal With The Cursed Alpha King

A Deal With The Cursed Alpha King

But this time it didn't lead me the way it had the first time. Instead, the light suddenly began to flip every single book on the shelf. It came almost like a thick rush of wind, sharp and sudden, and I had to step back quickly to stop myself from being hit by the books flying off the shelves one after the other. The sound of them hitting the floor filled the entire room, loud and fast and relentless. Then just as quickly as it had started, it stopped. Everything became completely calm. Quiet. Still. When I looked down at my feet, the Book of Shadows was right there.

Thirty Days Before Goodbye

Thirty Days Before Goodbye

The first review I read was from a literary publication that described the book as unflinching and specific and written with the particular authority of someone who had lived inside the thing she was describing rather than observing it from outside. The second review used the phrase inside view. Not from the methodology. From the book. From the chapter about the Marlowe's dinner and eating the meal alone and going home with every piece of yourself intact. The third review was not a professional review. It was a message in the Aldrich Press reader feedback system, forwarded to me by Patricia. A woman who identified herself only as M. She said she had bought the book on Tuesday. She said she w

This is the kind of story that lingers in your mind long after you close the app. The story deserves far more recognition than it's getting because the author knows exactly how to keep readers emotionally hostage....️

To anyone settling for crumbs of love. I would recommend this story. Natalie proved that losing someone who never valued you isn’t a loss…it’s freedom. One of the most emotionally satisfying stories I’ve read so far. Once again I recommend reading this blockbuster story. Kudos to the author.
