The Morning Star

The Morning Star

Claire opened her mouth and Morgan's hand clamped over it. "Claire's just tired." Morgan chuckled. "Don't be a traitor" Morgan whispered to Claire. Claire giggled holding out her pinky finger and Morgan looped hers around it. They shook lightly and Morgan let go of her mouth. Jason shook his head at the scene. Realizing they all went quiet watching them, Morgan glanced to the stars. She found seven stars in a u shape. Keeping her eyes on the stars she asked outlining them with her finger " How about these seven right there?"

The Garden Of Rising Stars

The Garden Of Rising Stars

It was a new moon so the stars were shining their brightest. "Ha- I don't know what I've done to win such favor from you god... But thank you." Alison mumbled with a tear rolling down her cheek. All in one day never had she been so terrified, and yet never had she been so thankful for something either.

REWRITE THE STARS

REWRITE THE STARS

A FEW YEARS AFTER… “They’re here, mummy!” Four-year-old Javier was running up and down the hallways, super excited when he heard the helicopter land on the other side of Illa de Tagomago. Calleigh smiled down at her son, even as she tried helplessly to hush him before he woke Stella, his two-year-old sister, who always got into everything when she was awake, or Felipe, his six-month-old baby brother, who generally just sat on the floor and watched it all with his mouth open, drooling from his first tooth.

Life After Prison

Life After Prison

With his keen divine senses, he was instantly able to pinpoint the origin of those fluctuations, strode forward with determination, and his vision landed on a jade box resting upon a green gold shelf. He unlatched the box and saw five thumb-sized seeds, all of which were brimming with the richness of rules and principles. They shone so bright that one had to squint a little to avoid damaging one's pupils. At the same time, they pulsated with the essence of life as they voraciously absorbed the spiritual energy of their surroundings. Even a level six supreme paragon like Severin found himself filled with an irresistible urge to consume them and refine them. "Could it be? Is this the seed of a

Loving the Brightest Star

Loving the Brightest Star

She added sounding so concerned. “It’s…it’s okay, I mean I’m okay,” I answered still confused while manager Clea is behind frowning. “Hey, what’s going on?” Manager Clea asks and the manager lets me go and look at her. “What are these papers?” “Those are for our raising star here.” The senior manager answered. “Raising star? Who?” I asked her but she just smile at me and sat on the chair. “You, you’re a very hot topic on social media now, especially with that…CEO.” She said that made me confused even more.

Warming The Cruel Alpha's Bed

Warming The Cruel Alpha's Bed

It was as if the forest itself was testing our resolve. "We must prove ourselves," Celina said, her voice echoing with certainty. With each step, the mist grew thicker, making it difficult to see. But our bond remained unbreakable, and our shared determination cut through the haze. "We are Guardians of the Balance," I declared, my voice strong. "We will not be deterred." As if in response, the mist began to recede, revealing a hidden grove adorned with vibrant flowers. At the center stood a pedestal, upon which rested a single, radiant seed—the first Seed of Renewal.

STAR WISHES

STAR WISHES

I proceeded to my room, in order to drop my bags and freshen up, but I abruptly stopped, as I heard the sound of whispering voices coming from the kitchen. I could recognized them to be Amber, the family's chef, and Riley, the head of the staffs. Their voices were quite low, but audible enough to be heard. I dropped my bags on the floor, and tiptoed to the direction the voices were coming from, so as to hear them clearer. "....and it so bad she is in the dark, she knows absolutely nothing about it." Amber's throaty voice crackled. "Well... She just needs to divert the energy she has been channeling into her dieing career. Things will become better for her perhaps." Riley replied, and they bo

When Stars Fade

When Stars Fade

At that moment, Aster's finger twitched, and he started mumbling. Shawn immediately pushed Jasmine out of his attention, leaning in close to Aster. "Aster, sweetheart, Daddy's here!" Aster's lips moved, and he managed to croak out a few words, almost unintelligible, "Don't… Bully Mommy…" Shawn's eyes widened, before he stumbled back into a chair, defeated. He raised his hands slowly, holding his face as anguished sobs came from within his fingers, his wedding ring sparkling. I raised my hand, looking at my ring finger.

A Breeder for the Vindictive Alpha

A Breeder for the Vindictive Alpha

Lyra sounded like she wasn’t even certain the herb could be here. Was it so scarce? “Hurry.” She prompted, and I could only swallow my ignorance and keep up. I kept picking and dropping herb after herb until Lyra suddenly jumped in excitement. “That one.” My hands reached for one sack of herbs that I was about to drop, just like the others. However, as soon as Lyra prompted me, I raised it and opened the small sack. I’d never seen the seed in my hands before. They looked like sesame seeds, but they were black. These small wonders were in the shape of a star and smelled heavenly as well.

BETRAYED BY HER BLOOD, CLAIMED BY THE NIGHT

BETRAYED BY HER BLOOD, CLAIMED BY THE NIGHT

Sofia whispered, her head falling back as the blue cracks on her skin began to glow with a soft, stabilizing emerald light. The other children moved in, forming a wide circle around Sofia and Nomo. They joined hands, their small bodies glowing with a collective resonance that defied the oily blackness of the sky. It wasn't the violent, explosive power of the Sovereign; it was the quiet, stubborn strength of the root. They were the "Seeded," and they were anchoring the sky.
