What had been exciting news was losing its luster the hundredth time I shared it. The sound of glass shattering wasn't nearly as attention grabbing as the silence that washed over the room the louder Gray's voice got. He had my wife pinned against a wall, caged between his chest and the plaster, and she was sobbing.

"Ladies and gentlemen, today we're here for a good reason. Grey Corporation has joined hands with the Watson Group for a hospital project..." Mr. Grey spoke on the mike drawing everyone's attention. Zidane glared at Xander and Ariadne before walking towards the stage with his fiancée. "Before I describe the motive of this project, please have a look at this video..." Mr. Grey said. The hall went dark before dim lights came on, and the screen behind the podium illuminated. The video showed scenes of poor people and patients in critical condition.

Mouth agape , she watched as the plane land in the city of Athens, Greece. Nafisa clung onto her husband, she was beyond happy. It has been one of her dreams to visit the country and now she is here. She closed her eyes and inhaled the fresh air outside the airport. Nafisa watched as Hussain interact with the English tour guide he hired. Grey was drinking water and when I spoke, he spat almost half of what he had wanted to gulp in. “What?!” “Yeah and things were not as funny,” I laughed out nervously, hoping that they did too and let the entire topic go. But I knew Grey and Sonia, they wanted every single detail of my story.

Grey took a moment to collect her thoughts before heading back to her office. Sitting down at her desk once again, Dr. Grey reflected on the path she had chosen, the patients she had helped, and the colleagues she had worked alongside. Grey yells as he climbs the steps. Sage came out. “Grey? What happened?” “Her water didn’t work. She needs more.” I can barely hear them talking. “Her hair…” Sage started. “Hair later. Water now.” Grey snarls. “Alright, we’ll help.” And that’s when everything goes black. **** “Grey?” I jolt out of bed looking around. I’m in my room. I push off the blankets and go to the bathroom. I freshen up and throw on some shorts and a t-shirt.

Grey commanded, leading his assistant and bodyguards toward the hospital. Although it was supposed to be a short walk, it took them a good 30 minutes to navigate through the dense crowd. The lobby teemed with people, and the examination rooms were filled with patients. Grey focused on the emergency, epidermic, and burn sections, where he noticed patients in extreme distress, crying and screaming as if trapped in a living hell. Puzzled, Grey wondered what had transpired. Had disaster struck them? Grey headed toward the ward, passing numerous suffering patients along the way. Their contorted faces and the desperation in their family members' eyes painted a grim picture.

She quickly glanced at me. “Do you have her credentials? Her IDs, passport? No. And the hospital will immediately flag it as red, which means unnecessary questioning and paperwork, and guess who isn’t going to be happy and will find more reason to cut you off?” She allowed the silence to pass through, where I didn’t have to think about the person she was referring to. Grey. She passively smiled. “Yeah, Grey. And besides, it’s just high fever. If I can manage to bring it down, she will regain consciousness by morning or tomorrow midday.”

Grey’s house. He is much older than me, Maybe in his fifties. He has grey in his hair and always speaks in a calm voice. I got out of bed and washed my face, then I changed into my uniform and tied my hair back into a ponytail, ready to do my work. As I worked around the house, my mind kept going back to Mr. Grey. There is something about him I don't understand yet, something that makes my heart beat faster every time I think about him.

Grey's voice rose, and he was filled with so muh happiness as he recalled the memories he has. "But, a month after we started dating, I found out I had this stupid cancer, I thought everything would be alright. I was selfish, I didn't want to lose you, but when I saw you and Caden at the island, you were happy, even when you kept saying that hated him, I could tell Sophia, you were still drawn to him," Grey said his voice faltering,
