They keep saying how much they don’t want to experience love with pain but it’s everything that they’re reading about. She longs for a great, all-consuming love like the ones that she reads about in her books. Just like how she yearns to travel the world. She has read books where the woman has scaled the mountains Himalaya and survived the cold nights. Or set sail across the Atlantic Ocean to make port in Barbados. She longs to see the castles of Ireland, the glens and lochs of Scotland, or the sparkling beaches of Jamaica.

“I just- I don’t know. Look, we did miss lunch and we’re here now anyway. Let’s just go eat. Please.” He asks. The look he gives me when he says please tugs at my heart strings for some reason and I find myself caving in to him. I am kind of hungry and it would be pretty ridiculous to skip lunch for the sake of arguing. “Fine,” I say, placing my ereader in my bag and grabbing my wallet and then getting out of the car.

"I had always wanted to go far. Beauty brought respect in this kingdom, and I have none. I mean, look at me." He opened his mouth to say something but shut it up, and she continued speaking. "I fell in love with books at a very tender age because it took me away from reality and when I turned fourteen, I realised I wanted more than the kingdom was given and so I longed to venture far. According to the books, Reading has the largest library in the world and I wanted to see It. And if it's as amazing as the stories, I'd want to live there for..." She stopped speaking when she noticed Edward's eyes on her, watching her with pure admiration.

In fact, the pile of my words can be categorised as rambling. Well, I loved reading newspapers, inspirational books, classics and most importantly, novels. Love stories are a key to my heart and a fuel to my imagination. I was teased by the name 'reading maniac' because I could literally read anything. All I need is a piece of writing. Though this habit is considered ‘boring’ by my friends, but I like it so, I do it and I have no regrets or problem in being called a ‘boring person’.
