"I'm done with that stage of my life." She looked surprised, her initial confidence momentarily shaken. She tried again, her words more insistent, her touch more brazen, but my resolve remained unshaken. I was done with the fleeting pleasures of casual encounters, the emptiness of meaningless relationships. I had found something far more profound, far more meaningful—a love that transcended the superficial.

Umaasa akong ito na ang bagong simula para sa aming lahat. Life is like a roller coaster, marami kang paghihirap pang mararanasan, nakakahilong byahe bago ka makarating sa dulo but it’s worth it. Sa buhay ng mga tao hindi talaga mawawala ang pagsubok dahil sa pagsubok dun ka mas magiging malakas, makikita kung kaya mo bang lampasan ang lahat o susuko ka na lang at pababayaan lahat ng mga nangyayari sayo.

Cole na magiging masaya ang buhay niya. Ngunit ang buhay ay isang pabagu-bagong bagay.

Naghahanap ng gustong magbahagi. Kung nasa ordinaryong araw at hindi ganitong akma na akma sa akin ang tanong ay agad-agad akong sasagot. Pero hindi, isinaisip at isinapuso ko ang tanong. The purpose of life is to live as the fullest expression of yourself... My interpretation will be it is to live and to do everything that you dream about. It is making sure that you chased your dreams and accomplished them. It's never giving up until you succeed, to truly live is to follow the direction you want to take in life in order to finally build your own path and create your own destiny.

Yung tipong kahit busy o may kanya-kanyang buhay, hindi nawawala ang bond. Pero yung meron ako ngayon… complicated. Medyo messy, medyo challenging, pero kahit papaano, kuntento na rin ako. I guess, I had to really appreciate what I have right now. Dahil kung i-compare ko sa iba, grabe, mas maganda pa rin yung life na meron ako. Mas maraming blessings na kahit hindi perfect, ramdam mo at thankful ka.

Kung hindi lang sana ako nagpadala sa takot ko sa mga death threats, baka noon pa man ay masaya na kami ni Third. But life doesn't have a take two. I have to deal with it. Life is not a fairytale... not everything is a happy ending. But maybe someday, I'll find my own peace. It's not about the ending for me, anymore. It's about the journey... I had a lot of happy and good memories with him and with my family here and there so I'm gonna treasure that for the rest of my life.

Alam kasi nito na kung hindi ito dumating ay natutok na naman siya sa trabaho sa mga oras na ito. “Ang trabaho ko ang buhay ko, alam mo yan.” Kumunot ang noo nito at bumakas ang pag-aalala sa mukha. “There’s more to life than work, Sha. Get a life or a sex life. You’re not getting any younger. Hindi mo p’weding iburo na lang ang sarili mo sa kakatrabaho. Sayang naman ang maganda mong lahi kung hindi ka magpaparami. Matutuyot ka na lang dahil walang dumidilig.”

Nag-iwan pa ito ng laway doon. Ginantihan niya ng mahigpit na yakap ang anak. Sana lang palaging ganoon. Sana, manatili na lang bata si Kaia para hindi na siya mahirapan pang magpaliwanag dito ng lahat. But life wasn’t like that. Life wasn’t all about happiness. Life is challenging and you have to accept every possible thing that may offer to you. **

Isang matamis na ngiti ang namutawi sa kanyang mga labi. “Salamat! Maraming salamat!” Life is full of surprises. Isang bagay na kanyang natutunan sa buhay. That happiness is just around the corner, all you have to do is open your mind and heart. You don't have to chase happiness, because the more you chase it, the more you get hurt.

Sometimes life would be Unexpected. Life will be unsure of things, sometimes life is more difficult, but mostly in life there's the unexpected things we need to face. Even the life was hardest, to the point that you wanted to gave up, you would think that what was the reason why are you breathing. There was always the reason. But the Unexpected one is the best. The life I have before the marriage is much better. I can do whatever i wanted. I can decide on my own. I can literally go to the clubs, partying, go out with friends, and love my first love freely. But then, it was all disappeared when the marriage came.
