To Bleed A Fated Bond Novels & Stories

I slam the old, brittle scroll onto her desk. The parchment is cracked, faded, the ink barely legible unless you know what you’re looking for. But the title is clear: The Severing of Fated Bonds: A King’s Ritual of Rejection I pinch the bridge of my nose, trying to stave off the headache brewing behind my eyes. “He passed out next to her,” I say tightly. “One second he was fighting the bond like a stubborn mule, and the next—boom. Collapsed.” Zarina sits down hard.

"It was only to have a pup! The Elders said that once Lydia is with pup, I'll fully inherit the Alpha position—" "I want to sever our mate bond." But as soon as I said that, Kaelen dropped to his knees in front of me, a silver knife pressed to his chest. He said, "Violetta, I need to give Lydia a pup to claim Grayswood Pack. I swear that you're the only one I love. Once she's with pup, you and I can be together openly!" Before I could respond, he forced me to drink a potion a witch had made. It was supposed to dull the pain of the bond from his betrayal.

“But…he is refusing to act on it. He literally told me I was used to ignoring the bond with Aelia, so this should be fine. More than once has he treated removing me completely…from leadership or the pack…I don’t know. He hates me. Hates everything about it without even sitting down and talking about.” Finn sighed, and I watched as a frown formed on his face. “You are like Noah and I then. Sol explained a few times how our bond looked, like a golden braid, but we ended up only running into it one other time. Now, a second time with you.” “Wait…you have the same thing? How? I thought…” “Noah had a fated mate. Just like you had. Once his fated mate died, our connection was solidified.”

“What do you mean, kinda?” “OK, we marked her. I knew it from the moment we removed our canines from her neck.” “Shit and you didn't say anything to me," Dominic boomed. “So you are saying that our venom has been in her system this whole time, and she isn't dead.” “Yes, our mate is special, I think.” “You think? Onyx, this is serious. What if we had killed her.” “But we didn't. She is alive and, for some unknown reason, the mate bond has been activated. That's why we are sensing her now."

Keith asked and Noah answered with a yes. “He is looking for the four of you and planning on taking you again” Noah said and Caden growls. “I love this possessive side of yours but what does he want with Riley and the pups?” Caden’s Mom asked. “They were saying something about a particular ritual and how they need the blood of the four of them”Noah explained. “He will have to get through me before he can lay a hand on any of them” Caden said while his eyes darken….

She brushed passed and placed her hand on my shoulder. "There is nothing you can do against fate. You can try to fight it, but it has a way of clicking everything together. I knew she was referring to how she was mated to Alpha Killian. Someone used dark magic on her to trick her into believing she was his fated mate when Damon was her real mate. Here she is now, Damon's Luna. Fate made them find their way together. Fate was fucked up, and I hated fate. I nodded, and she walked inside.

she said again, stepping closer, her irritation now mixed with curiosity. ‎ ‎Zayn lifted his head slowly. His eyes — sharp, dark, and heavy with exhaustion — met hers. If she knew who he was, he thought grimly, she wouldn’t be standing this close or daring to raise her voice. But right now, pride didn’t matter. He could feel his strength leaving him, every heartbeat pushing more blood through the wound in his arm. His vision blurred at the edges, and he knew he didn’t have much time before darkness claimed him.

"So if you could just marry us, we'll be on our way." The Priest shook his head vehemently. "I will not!" Sean glared at the man. "Very well." He turned towards me, still holding Anya's hand in his. "Nova,” he said. "I, Beta Sean, reject you as my mate and denounce our bonds given by the Moon Goddess. I no longer have any obligation to you." Every shred of hope and control I had left disappeared as my knees buckled and I slid to the floor, crying. My dad went for Sean again, and the church burst into commotion as men struggled to stop the fight.

Even as the words left my lips, my stomach twisted—like my body already knew the answer before my mind did. Marcus exhaled again. Slower this time. “Every twelve years…” The room stilled. Even Mum stopped moving. “Something changes in the blood,” he continued. “It awakens. Not everyone feels it. Most people won’t even notice anything at all.” His eyes shifted—just slightly—between me and Ivan. “But fated mates… they do.” My stomach dropped. Hard. “If two people from the Wolfe and Vale bloodlines find each other during that cycle… and they complete the bond—”

By the time I finished, my mother was shaking with rage. "That absolute bastard! My daughter gave him five years of her life, and he lets an outsider treat you like this?" "And that Clara girl—so young and already so manipulative. She has no shame!" She wiped her eyes and cupped my face with her hands. "My poor girl, why didn't you tell me sooner? You've been going through all of this alone..." I leaned into her, my voice muffled. "I didn't want to worry you guys. Besides, I left the papers. Once Ryan signs them, our mate bond will be severed for good. I don't need him anymore."
