A Dragon's Wolf Omega

A Dragon's Wolf Omega

A crystal blue lake that shimmered in the late sunshine backdropped by the mountains capped with snow. "Oh, wow! It's beautiful up here." Aria commented. Lauchie opened his arms up wide. "This is the entrance to the Fae Realm...pay close attention." He corralled them close and pointed to the water. "You must walk into the water...all the way until your head is submerged, hold your breath and close your eyes and think only one thought. Ouvre la porte et reças-moi clans ton cœur!" "What the..." Kahlia grumbled as Aria gaped.

He takes a deep breath and sighs, “It is incredibly hard to reach the fae. They have gone into hiding for many reasons. The only one that knows any of their whereabouts would be Draco Pendragon.” “Draco Pendragon?” The name confuses me. I’ve never heard of someone by that name and I have been working beside my father for many years now. “Yes, if you can find Draco, you can find the fae. The fae will help her, knowing she is a half-breed, but Ari...I must warn you, they may not accept her being a half-breed.” My father warns. “I understand. Well, thank you, dad! I love you and I hope everything is going well there?”

Only realised when I read the last chapter that there is still a continuation to this book! I guess a second book? Hope it comes out soon!! What is the time frame? Really enjoyed reading it. Could hardly put it down! Well done author!

I can’t wait for the next chapter and look forward to this book getting an audio version someday! I have caught the subtle hints of fae, witches, and other paranormal characters who will likely be introduced and weaved into this story in the future. I love a balance of fantasy and romance!

The Invisible Bride (By the King's Command book 4)

The Invisible Bride (By the King's Command book 4)

A small hand slipped out from under the fur to grab hold of the hem of Izzy’s tunic. “Will we see me grandmither soon?” “I hope so, Siofra.” Gair scowled. They were taking the girl to her grandmother? Would that not be the first place her family would look for her? He would have to get the particulars before they got to the woman’s home. Perhaps the bush on the other side of the falls would give them enough cover for some food and a conversation. He watched Izzy and Siofra step behind the falls. They seemed to simply disappear. He shook his head in disbelief. His wife really could turn invisible. Just like the fae are rumored to do.

Rosa The Wolf Oracle.

Rosa The Wolf Oracle.

Pulled out of the spectacle above our heads, the war on the ground resumes. Fighting the fae doesn’t feel as exhilarating as I thought it would. With each fae life, we are taking the looks on their faces when they realise they are dying is soul shattering, like they are under some sort of spell. I look at Asteria as she takes down six fae with her trident. I look for the others and they are noticing the same thing. When I get an idea. “Don’t kill them. They are under a spell. Knock them out.” I shout, and Asteria looks at me and nods her head. When she spins the trident and slams it into the ground. The fae fly back, landing unconsciously.

Princess of Death

Princess of Death

Her hair was pure white and her skin tanned like she was kissed by the sun. Rhae recognised her as Fae, but was no longer afraid. She felt happy and peaceful in this place. As she looked back to the stream, she found the Faeries had disappeared, the fish were floating on the top of the now polluted water and all the flowers had withered. She turned back to the Fae only to find her gone as well. Ash fell from the sky, filling Rhae's lungs. She looked back to the stream, seeing a great blue fire in front of her, ripping into the lush greenery and covering everything in black ash. As Rhae struggled to breath, she felt the ground open up beneath her. She was swallowed by darkness.

House Eventide

She just wanted to go home. “The other side of the Veil. The land of the Fae. It’s not usually reachable. Some holidays. The equinoxes and the solstices. When the moon is full. You have to know where and when to cross over. There are...Fae that can bring humans here. Like you. You were tricked, drawn into the woods and pulled through to be offered to the Dain.” Tamsin explained all this slowly, still not looking at her, his hands trembling a little. He continued on after a short pause. Maybe to let her soak in the information. Maybe to see if she had questions. River certainly did, but she couldn’t quite think of how to ask them.

Love Heist

Love Heist

Okay let's slow down. Faes are small, usually visible, non human spirits that linger in the hidden and in between places, mostly found in nature, they can be benevolent or malevolent, and they have healing powers, invisibility luck, and others like glamour but only bad faes use that. Glamour is an illusion, it'll appear beautiful when it's truly ugly creature, also faes are indeed wingless but not all of them can fly. So if I'm a fae that means I have healing powers and so on it'll be stupid to test it on myself and even more stupid to listen to a silly dream and G****e. I sighed and put the book and the pen away, I should try Mel's number again.

Moon Touched

Moon Touched

"Now when we get down there, do not touch anything. I mean it, do not touch one thing. Only certain individuals can touch what is down there and you boys are not those individuals." Cade dad put an arm around his mate's waist, "Sweetheart, calm yourself. We will do exactly as you say only if there is no danger to you." Ma pecked him on the cheek, spun out of his grasp, and reached for the handle on the trap door. She pulled the handle using her werewolf strength and stood with a look of surprise while holding on to the door. Blushing Lorn's mother said, "I guess I am a little over-excited. You don't understand though, I never thought the story, that Faerie, told me years ago was true. I thou

Escaping with the Alpha

Escaping with the Alpha

Her arms were flailing, trying desperately to reach the surface. Aster launched with jaws open, biting down on the creature's arm. It screeched and tried to fall backwards, but Aster pulled it forward. We couldn’t risk it taking Allie into deeper water, Aster was struggling enough at the current depth. The fae grabbed hold of Aster’s front paw and he let out a lengthy yelp of pain as the monster twisted. While it was focused on his leg, Aster managed to surge forward. His teeth connected with its neck and he bit down with force.

A fun-light hearted story with the glitz of magic and spook of relationships. This story felt pocket sized, with no ego and great grammar and sentence structure. My only request is a touch of diversity, to make it more relatable to more people. A lovely weekend escape, fun from beginning to end!

"That is the sum total of my knowledge." Scarlet nodded. "Fae are an ancient race that-if their claims to relation to Chaos and Aether are true-have evolved well beyond the human race. They have inherent magic or powers. Many are tied to natural elements. Earth, wind, fire, water, spirit. Out of this general classification, there are too many to name for specifics. Categories and classes of Fae are better discussed with Arasne." Scarlet looked at me as if trying to see if I'd understood her.
