Today was like the day I met him: Me, riding a bicycle and him, walking down the pavement. I grab the handle of the bicycle and watch him as he make his way towards me. I do not know why I feel nervous. A trickle of sweat drip on the side of my face, my heart beat fast and I could hardly breathe. My hands curled into a fist and before I know it, the helmet I was holding was already flying towards him.I raise my hand as if to save him but it collided on his head right before I could even react. It sounded a hollow thump and a pronounced groan. His hands made his way to the back of his head as he turn and face me. With those eyes that seem like it was murdering me, he chase me off and I hastily took my bicycle and ran. I couldn’t help but feel happy instead of guilty as he ran after me. This was like before. This was like that summer, that summer I met him.

"What do you want?" Leo said angrily. "I just want to go back to sleep," Alana replied, winking. "And?" "I want to sleep in your arms. Not difficult, right?" "No way." "Come on, we've been sleeping apart all this time; I feel so cold," Alana exaggerated. "But if you refuse, that's okay. Alana said while tilting her face up, immediately getting a sharp look from Leo. "Tsk, I'm just—," Alana's banter was cut off when Leo moved his hand on the top of her head gently. "It seems I'm going to have sweet dreams," Alana murmured, tilting her face up even more. From this close distance, Leo could clearly see Alana's face, and for some reason, his heart beat faster. Leo was sure Alana could hear it this time. "Hurry up and sleep," Leo said while shifting his gaze, choosing to look at the ceiling of the room. However, instead of stopping the teasing, Alana made Leo more flustered.

Catherine shrugged as she couldn't believe what she was hearing. Feeling overthrown, she stared at him dead serious in the eyes. "Stop spitting out nonsense, I need to go." "You don't believe me?" She pushed him hard enough for her to escape, but before she could reach the door, Ashton became successful in capturing her and pinning her against the wall. She couldn't believe what was happening, she could feel her own heart beating so loud, but the way his heart beat for her was even louder. And when their lips touched, it felt like there'd be no tomorrow. The way his tongue swiftly and smoothly moved inside of her mouth made her feel things. Catherine's eyes closed as she found herself pulling him in. "A-Are... are you really my mate?" Catherine whispered under her breath. "Are you still in denial?" Ashton replied. Catherine shook her head relentlessly. She went ahead and kissed him back which caught him off guard. "If you really are..." Catherine licked her lower lip. "... claim me now."
