His chest was a map of scars and ink, muscles tight as he unbuckled his belt. My wolf pressed hard against my skin, low, hungry sound vibrating in my throat. "Ours." Jax’s mouth curved in a knowing smirk as he stripped his shirt off with a single jerk, his golden eyes never leaving mine. Broad shoulders, muscles coiled under sun-browned skin, ink curling up his ribs. He unbuttoned his jeans, slow, deliberate, like he knew exactly what it did to me.

I wish I could let this moment sink in more but I couldn't stay here for too long. The shirt was a simple tee with white and yellow horizontal stripes, and the jacket Amamiya-san recommended was a dark blue denim fur-lined jacket with orange threading, a tiger dressed like a biker eating a sloppy joe at a pub table was embroidered on the back. Tyler notices this but doesn't say anything. The wind blows through my hair, making a few loose strands of stray hair fall on my face and I push it back behind my ear. It's pretty cold out here and as we sit longer,the wind becomes stronger as the chilly September air hits me, sending shivers all over my body. I hug myself tightly, regretting not bringing a jacket with me and Tyler looks at me with concern. "Here" He says and pulls off his jacket which he places over my back much to my surprise. I refuse to accept it and I ask him what he'll wear if he gives his jacket to me but he tells me not to worry about him that he's fine.

Hearing him gulp heavily, I know my mission is starting to work. Coming to a halt right in front of him, I look down at him now, leaning back in his chair, clearly checking me out. He’s dressed up like a real businessman today: a grey suit, a white button-up shirt, paired with a burgundy tie, with tattoos looking out from beneath his collar. This man is eye candy, no matter what he wears. “What are you doing here, Amelia?” Jax repeats his question as I lean back with my ass hitting his desk, having positioned myself right between him and his desk.

Tyler explained “But she did not do it! I know she didn’t! She just couldn’t!” I snapped and plopped down on the chair with my head between my arms. “And I believe you,” Tyler reassured me. “But that’s just not enough.” He admitted softly. I bit my lip and tapped my foot against the ground aggressively. my black jacket had been long discarded in my painting workshop and I was now sporting a grey T-shirt but that was beside the point, even though for some reason, although I was wearing light clothes, it felt like I was choking.

Finally shrugging, he handed the black set to Lexi. "Here, these will look better on you." Jinx pulled on a pair of fringed leggings and a lace-up vest in soft browns and yellows. Pulling his bag over his head, he turned to Lexi who was just holding the clothes. "Do you need help getting dressed?" "These are so cool!" Lexi was pulling the dark gray tunic over his head but it got stuck so only his ears were poking out. "No one has ever given me Topsider clothes before."
