Once you've had a taste of the darkness, it's hard to pull away... **** This book was written in the late 1990's - early 2000's, and originally published in 2004, under the title: Diary of a Vampire by S.M. Royston. It was my first book, and it wasn't long until I came to hate it! (Please, don't look it up - I promise you, it's terrible) So here we are, years later, and I've decided to throw out my original work, and re-write it. Because I'm the author, and I can do that. The story, characters, and settings are the same - but the writing style is different, and in my opinion, much, much better. I hope you enjoy it. ****

Deril mencari di setiap ruangan, mulai dari kelas 1 hingga kelas 3, di ruang praktek dan ruang latihan drama, namun gadis itu tidak ada disana. terakhir pemuda itu menemukannya di ruang loker. Hana masih terlihat serius mengecek isi lokernya sebelum pulang. Deril sangat senang dan segera mendekatinya. “Hay…!” ucap Deril sambil berjalan mendekati Hana Tanpa melihatnya Hana sudah tahu bahwa seorang yang sedang menyapanya adalah Deril. Hana mencium aroma parfum bercampur keringatnya yang masih sama sejak setahun lalu. Tentu itu adalah parfum mahal yang dia beli di toko-toko berkelas. “Hay … Deril Batara Sandrian,” jawab Hana. Gadis itu tahu betul bahwa seorang brandal seperti Deril tidak mungkin menemuinya tanpa maksud. “Sepertinya ada urusan yang sangat penting hingga anda menyempatkan diri menemuiku.” Tanya Hana langsung pada pokok permasalahan. “Ehmmm…aku tahu ini memang konyol. Tapi aku membuthkan bantuanmu” ucap Deril sedikit ragu “Great..!” Hana tersenyum bangga saat Deril mengucapkan permintaan tolong padanya. “Ya..apa kita bisa latihan drama bersama setelah pulang sekolah?, aku tidak yakin untuk memintamu, namun aku ingin pementasan nanti berjalan dengan baik” ucap Deril Hana mengangguk. “Oke…aku akan membantumu. Kita akan latihan bersama dengan satu sayarat” ucap Hana “Oke…No paroblem, sebutkan saja apa yang kamu minta” jawab Dilan penuh percaya diri “Kita akan latihan bersama asal kamu mau berjanji tidak akan jatuh cinta padaku” Hana berucap dengan sangat serius. Deril tersenyum mengolok. “ Never “ jawab Deril cepat. Bagi dirinya tidak mungkin jatuh cinta pada gadis biasa seperti Hana, tentu dia sama sekali bukan tipe Deril. Pemuda itu masih tidak percaya jika Hana seyakin itu.
