Jules POV They disappear around the corner, leaving me alone in the hallway with my scattered papers and my relentlessly buzzing phone. The notifications won't stop. Every few seconds, another group chat lights up. Another photo gets shared. Another cruel comment gets posted. I slide down the wall until I'm sitting on the cold floor, watching my entire world unravel in real time through social media. My phone rings, cutting through the constant buzz of notifications. Dad's contact photo fills the screen—him in his coaching gear, arm around my shoulders at last year's homecoming game.

Alyse's Pov My lungs felt like they were filled with broken glass. Every time I dragged my body forward, the broken rocks tore at my skin. In front of me stood the two massive stone pillars that marked the end of my world. This was the Blackthorn Boarder.

Whenever they attacked air bubbles would explode and waste the mana inside their attack before it reached the walls of the compressed space. Not only that but bigger more concentrated air bubbles kept forming, filling up the empty space, leaving them little room to move. The three felt their hearts turn cold, they knew what there's air bubbles were and they were dangerous. "Are you afraid of me yet?" Xasha said from outside the sphere. "Damn bray, don't get too co-." Blue interrupted: "You only think about the earth, but consider the sky and the sea. It is the water that is the basis of life and drawn up by the clouds from the deep sea. The sky gives space and peace and serenity. Without my peace, you would all be nothing." Yellow chuckled: "You are all so serious. I bring laughter, gaiety, and warmth into the world. The sun is yellow, the moon is yellow, the stars are yellow. Every time you look at a sunflower, the whole world starts to smile. Without me there would be no fun."
