"Steal her bloodline?" An even greater uproar erupted from the crowd. "What is she talking about?" "How can a bloodline be stolen?" "What does this mean?" Lyla's face turned a deathly white. "W-what are you talking about?" she stammered. "Stealing a bloodline? I don't know what you mean!" I ignored her pathetic denial and turned to the stunned Damon. He staggered back, all the color gone from his face. "No… impossible… you were just an outcast…"

I ask flipping through the pages. “Well if you go back to the start of the story it’s him turning the four of his best soldiers into Vampires, so I guess it means they are the first bloodline and are sired to him.” She explains and shows me the page. “Ok but what does sired to him mean exactly.” I ask so full of questions than I had before all of this.

"He never did." "No." Devon agreed simply. "He used her the same way he has used everything else in his life. As a tool. Nothing more." "You mentioned her blood… ” I said, forcing the conversation forward before I let myself sit too long in that particular thought. "And her bloodline. What does that mean? ” Devon's expression shifted, something more serious settling over his features. "Vampires can recognize blood by scent, Alaric. Not just individual people. Entire lines. Families that carry something distinct enough in their blood that it lingers for generations."

Though he is good to us, I can't let my guard down as he is a vampire. Sitting for the dinner with Alexander , Joey , James, David , Kristen, Hanna, Diana and Elena is the most disgusting thing ever. Alexander is first born, James is second and Joey is the last. David is their step brother. There is another guy Franklin who is also Alexander's step brother.Elena hasn't done anything. She simply had her dinner while stealing glances with James. But the other girls were all over the guys and shamelessly flirting with them. “We only had one night together. Your mother was not in heat. That much, I’m sure. And the rarity of such conception between our species is so low, I didn’t think precautions were necessary.” “She wasn’t in heat,” I repeated in confusion. I’d never heard of a Wolf conceiving outside of heat. “How then?” “Looking back, I think two things factored in. How much do you know about Bloodline Vampires?” I blinked. “Nothing.” “Okay. There are six Bloodline Vampires. I am one of them.” Wow...It was hard enough to wrap my head around the fact he was a king, but he was also one out of only six, some type of unique vampire?

Elena's point of view. Sitting on either side of the kitchen table, Elizabeth sips her fresh, steaming tea and begins, "There are four Elder Blood packs on the continent—the four original Alpha bloodlines. VuK., Gold, Zander, Barsek." You know Alexa, Vanda's sister is mated to Alpha Gold? Elizabeth asked me and I nodded.

Something in my chest that has been in one position for eleven days shifts. "Vienna reported in this morning." He crosses to my desk. Sets down a single printed page with the deliberate care of someone who has thought carefully about how to deliver something. "Prague went dark yesterday. Lisbon haven't responded to three separate messages." He pauses. His voice doesn't change — he's too good for that — but something behind his eyes does. "The degradation pattern is consistent across all five bloodlines. Starts eleven days ago. Simultaneously." Another pause. "To the hour."

I said for the third and last time, confirming my rejection with the pain in my heart. “I, Dean Willows, Alpha of the Moonstone Pack, accept your rejection.” He said, realizing he had no choice but to do so. My mind was made up. I felt excruciating pain in my chest as soon as he accepted the rejection. I could feel our ties coming off. I turned to leave immediately. Unexpectedly, Vivien, who had been enjoying the drama unfolding and was happy to witness our unmating, rushed to my side and gently took my arm. “Arianna , please don’t do this, listen to Alpha Dean and stay. Why did you have to reject him as your mate?"

"It's not, there is a way to reproduce their species." What, that's impossible, you can't reproduce if their all dead. "I don't understand," I say honestly. "Anna, there is said to be a gift that the Moon Goddess gives to the lucky daughter of an Alpha, to be able to reproduce the Lycan species-" "No." I whimper. "Please don't tell me-" "Anna you're the daughter." He states abruptly. "No no no no, please no." I whimper again. "No! No! This is bull shit!" I yell standing up from the couch.

He pulled her into his arms, his palm sliding down the curve of her waist before grabbing her ass without restraint. Mia's cheeks flushed, but her body only pressed closer in submission, and yet Marco's eyes never once left me. "You're unhappy? You think I didn't care about you these three years? A man out there risks getting shot. Some things aren't within my control. "This time when I came back, the Godfather personally promised to put the docks under my management.
