She inched closer with a deathly glare from her eyes and I turned my face away from her. “That’s a pretty necklace” She suddenly said and I instinctively reached to it but she swatted my hands away. “I wonder who gave it to you” She hissed from her lips when deep down, she knew and that was the reason she was pissed. “Give me that” She struggled and reached towards it but the pendant only ended burning her hand. “Aw!” She exclaimed out of pain, looking in shock at me as she nursed her palms.
