Falling for a John
Uncle Grant grinned, his smile worth a billion dollars.
I recline, attempting to relax, but the tension in my shoulders persists. I can't shake off the thoughts racing through my mind. "Isn't the Walsh family motto something like, 'let me play the lion too: I will roar’, or whatever A always says?" My younger cousin has a habit of reciting that Shakespeare quote from A Midsummer Night's Dream, and somehow it has become the unofficial rallying cry for the Walsh clan.
"We have several mottos," Uncle Grant replies, finishing undressing and revealing his blue bathing suit. He joins us in the hot tub, settling closer to my dad, while Uncle Colton remains by my side.
