Jake replied and grinned as he drove them back to the clubhouse. Warren didn’t say anything, but he gave Jake a look as he pulled up to the clubhouse and parked his truck at the back of the bar. He followed Jake when he got out and headed to a side door. Jake scanned his palm and typed in a code before the door clicked open. Inside the clubhouse, Warren was greeted by men wearing Warrior cuts. He glanced around at the men all staring at him and he knew then that he never would’ve made it inside this place, not with the intention of walking out again.

I yelled back. I glanced at my phone, relieved when it flashed and a face popped up, “Ted!” I whispered lowly as he sent me his wide grin. His green eyes lit up like they always did when he was all up in my face, taking all my time. He took off his large headsets, placing his controller down, running a hand through his short curled brown hair, eyebrows arching, “are you in the toilet?” “That’s the first thing you noticed?” I asked watching him smirk, “Why am I not surprised? It’s closed, if that concerns you,” I whispered harshly.

Player names blinked at the edge of the screen—“Lucif3r,” “Tino_Tornado,” and of course, “Bernardi_Blast.”

His eyes snapped to Aria the moment she appeared. “Are you hurt?” he demanded. She shook her head, still catching her breath. “I got something.” She held up the flash drive. Alejandro’s expression darkened as he took it from her. He knew what this meant. They had everything they needed to strike back. The war had begun.
