Local time, 8:30 PM. Deep beneath the barren desert, the Bertley military base loomed like an iron fortress. Umbracia's four-star General Hesberg, clad in his sharp uniform, stared at the battle screen with a grim look. The latest report showed a devastating defeat: the Giant Whale's Fury tactic had failed, both Lords of War outmaneuvered, and the entire carrier fleet rendered useless. Alexander, an unstoppable force, was still carving his path into Umbracia.

Alex just realized he had been wrong when he thought nothing could spoil his day, Amanda was not who he thought she was and right now, guns were being pointed at their faces by huge tattooed men. Alex turned to look at Amanda, she looked really shaken and the fear in her eyes were evident, he wondered what sort of crime she had committed to warrant this.

War barked, using his free hand to grab him by the shirt before flinging him into the wall. Gods, he was furious. How dare he? I folded my arms and I keep on glaring at him angrily and he rolled his eyes at my reaction. "Now which war is it?" Mamma asked, suddenly and angrily, coming out of her room. "The same old one. Your daughter shouting at me for useless things," Ethan replied, rolling his eyes. He looked bad whenever he rolled his eyes. I mouthed 'ew' softly which wasn't new. Insulting and arguing all the time was our favourite hobby.

I'm mad at him too. Two weeks are gone and Hudson and I didn't speak a word with each other. Sometimes he wanted to start a conversation but I ignored him. After one week Meredith and I watched a movie in the living room and Hudson appeared. He wanted to watch with us and the movie was actually really dramatic. The girl and the guy who are in love couldn't be together because their parents were enemies but after they fought for each other they accepted and let them marry. I cried so much at this and I don't know why but I felt this so much. Hudson couldn't stop staring at me while the movie and even more when I started to cry.
