Vlad the vampire began his tale of long ago. ‘In the beginning, HaShem created the heavens and the earth. He saw that it was good and created the first being, to rule over the earth. But he was lonely, so HaShem created a companion for father. The companion was mother. Their powers were great, far greater than the powers I wield today. Father would often busy himself tending the creatures of the world and communicating with HaShem and because of that, mother felt lonely.

I caught it halfway, crushing it into powder before his eyes. "Get out of here before I change my mind." I grunted. I ran forward, tracking the center of the swirling clouds. The book has to be in there, burning with intense flames to release the Ancient Vampire King "Vada.". If he manages to get out of the chronicles, I wouldn't be the Vampire King anymore. He was the first elemental vampire, blessed by the witches of the four cardinals. He couldn't be killed; everyone who attempted it died without getting a chance to tell the tales.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Dua questioned, fear seeping into her voice. The maid opened her mouth, revealing her sharp fangs. Dua's eyes widened, her whole being trembling. "V...va...vampire?" The maid gripped Dua tighter, bringing her fangs to Dua's neck. Dua closed her eyes, letting out a loud scream. The door burst open, and in a blink of an eye, the King, Alexander was there. His hand gripping the maid's jaw tightly, just a breath from Dua's skin.

I noticed a small couch in a corner and took a seat on it. "Do you always watch me every night?" She suddenly asked me breaking the silence. "Since you got attacked," I confirmed and she nodded. "You're quite calm for someone who just learned that completely fictional characters actually exist," I pointed out. I've noticed ever since I told her that I was a vampire she kept a calm expression as if she's been told the exact same thing her whole life. "I really don't know either. I just feel this weird sense of belonging." That's probably the effect of the sacred book on her. She's the chosen one so she'd naturally feel attached to our species without even knowing.

“I knew it.” Daisy turned sharply toward me. “Who’s Klaudius?” I looked out the window, watching as the clouds slowly drifted across the moonlight. “He’s not just anyone, Daisy. Caesar was turned against by nearly 90% of the whole world and when he realized that he had no chance, he fled by boat. He did not flee alone, he fled with a woman, a woman he soon fell in love with.

A chill immediately spread through my body. “It was a true memory,” he continued quietly. “A memory belonging to Ivanna.” I stared ahead in complete shock. “So…” My voice cracked slightly. “That means Ivanna was the first Lycan. The first of all werewolf kind.” “Yes.” I blinked rapidly. “No, that can’t—” “It is the truth.” I shook my head immediately. “But history says Kael was the first Lycan.
