I knocked on the door aggressively but no one answered. I walked back towards the window and looked outside but it was all dark! There was nothing outside! like absolutely nothing. Then suddenly the door opened, I turned around to see Aden. I chirped his name and walked towards him but stopped in mid track when I took in his full appearance. He was completely beaten up! Blood was gushing out of his head and his torn lips. "Oh my god Aden what happened!?" I said as I rushed towards him. "Because of you. This is all because of you." He said and before I could say anything else, I heard a gunshot being fired and blood was splattered all over my face.

Madden yelled louder as the unstopping rain of gunshots kept coming her way. Sensing her daze, Madden stood to his feet too, facing her. A bullet hit his arm, but he locked the hell up before calling her again. "Get. On. The. Fucking Grass, Adeline!"

“It’s impossible… isn’t it?” The scent and memories were like a poison that was killing me. Hence, right after I gulped the left whiskey in my glass, I stood up and rushed around the pack, following her scent, until I found Adeline at the dining hall, leisurely picking foods from the buffet. “What the hell!” she cursed as I grabbed her by the arm, causing her to lose grip of her plate. Shuttered pieces flew all over the place, and the food was scattered on the floor.

Yusuf said in his neutral professional voice. Killian nodded. "You are dismissed," he said, his hands curling in fists and shoved in his pocket. I looked back at the photograph. My hand shake a little and my vision blured for a moment. I shook myself and ground myself into reality. Adeline had cigarette burn marks on her arms, the gruesome scene was bloody as they were fresh and first photos of the crime scene, her lips blue and her eyes bulged out. Her dead and lifeless body on the bed.

I yelled back, I saw Adeline move from the corner of my eye, the sound of the gunshot must have woken her up. “I refuse to believe it, y-y-you used to used to look at me with so much love in your eyes, you always wanted me around you, you just couldn’t say it, you were shy and i understand it,” she tells me, as tears poured from her eyes “Don’t you remember it? How much you loved me? How you wanted to be with me? Don’t you remember it?” She says softly, her eyes boring into mine. I heard a can fell down, resulting in a loud noise, I looked at the place to see that it was Adeline who caused the noise.

The room felt so cold. Adrain slowly walked towards her, his footsteps echoed through the room. Tap! Tap!! Tap!!! He stopped beside her. Clara quickly closed her eyes. She remembered what the ghost had told her, Don’t look into his eyes. No matter what happens… Don’t do it. “Clara,” Adrain called her softly. She refused to answer. “Look at me!” She shook her head. “No,” Clara refused. His voice remained calm. “I said…. Look at me.”

He lunged for the bathroom to make himself throw up, but a sharp, searing pain had already erupted in his gut. "You crazy—" He gasped, barely forcing the words out. But Adeline just kept smiling—a cold, empty smile. She picked up the fruit knife from the coffee table and plunged it into his chest. Over and over. "Anyone who toys with a true heart deserves to die." When her strength gave out, she collapsed to the floor, sobbing. Dark, blood-red liquid spilled from her lips as she opened her mouth. Then she fell still. Her eyes stayed open, staring at nothing.

I smiled and declared, "Let the game of hide and seek begin." Through the cameras, we watched as Shadow frantically searched the dorm, muttering to herself, "Where? Where is she?" While Shadow was tearing the place apart looking for me, Celeste and I were already out of the school, having been picked up by Helena and taken to her luxurious mansion. The three of us sprawled out on a sofa larger than most beds, sipping champagne and enjoying delicious desserts made by a personal chef. Back at the dorm, Shadow was seething with rage, while in Helena's mansion, Howard was in tears, groveling while begging for forgiveness. But Helena just spat coldly, "It's over between us. Stop bothering me and
