My skin is covered in goosebumps and I'm still shaking all over, and no amount of deep breaths seem to be calming me down. Why the hell did I end up there on my window ledge, seemingly ready to jump? What about my dream suggests that? Most importantly, how on earth did I get there? I close my eyes and I try to think back on how it all happened, but I can't remember anything. The steady sound of breathing coming from below me faultered. I needed to get back down the stairs. I would be utterly trapped up here. Going as quickly as I dared, I started to feel my way back down to where I find myself in the dream. I counted again in order to help me reach safety. On the eleventh step my foot slid....I was falling, unable to hold in my scream.

It was the kind of laughter that made you rethink your very person and brought fear to the center of your existence. Finally, it hit. The icy, cold rain smashed into him from every direction. It was so cold that every nerve ending cried out in pain. His body dropped to the ground then I raged into the fire. I did not know what happened next. What I can remember was that I was using my force to fight him. Then I lost consciousness. While dreaming, I glanced at where I was falling. I saw bricks and stones scattered on the ground. My fall would be painful in real life. Maybe in dreams as well.
