What Happens When A Vampire Bites You 소설 & 이야기

“…you prefer to do it here? I did not expect you to be into that.” If only I wasn’t feeling so guilty over stabbing him, despite not hurting him at all, I would’ve landed a punch on his jaw without hesitation. But since I did feel bad about it, I could only sigh in exasperation. “I feel like I would hate to ask, but…do what exactly?” “Feed on you,” he shrugged. “You see, there is this one side effect for humans when vampires bite to feed, not to kill. I reckoned that you would prefer having some kind of privacy—”

She brings out her wolf face without changing completely and she bites down on Theo’s arm. He screams in agony. “Oh, did I mention that when a werewolf is bitten, they do not turn like normal werewolves. They break every bone in their body every full moon. Also, the bite can either kill the person or turn them,” I finish. Theo looks up at me, I can see his fox fighting off the bite.

“I'm not here to joke, Aamon. I want answers” He sighed in resignation and then started talking. “Yes, it was me who bit him. He's not John and the reason he didn't die was because he wasn't the first person I bit after becoming a vampire. See, the thing is, as a vampire, human blood is a necessity for us. There's just no way around it. We can try to substitute it with animal blood for a while, but after some time, our bodies begin to demand human blood. It's like our vitamins”

“You want to bite me?” “You’re not going to,” Justin barked. “Let me explain,” Geoffrey said, trying to reduce the hostilities. He stood, pacing slowly around the room, toying with every weapon of pleasure in this confined space. “When a vampire bites a female wolf, their blood is so rich, so perfectly vibrant, it send the vampire into a frenzy of delight.” I stammered a step back while watching him carefully. Justin charged between us, his Lycan begging to be cut loose.

Vampyre spread his arms and growled at the moon in the sky. Moonlight started cascading from the sky. All of the moonlight was eventually inhaled into Vampyre’s body. The next second everyone knew, his eyes became so red that they were glowing. When he opened his mouth, he revealed a pair of beast-like fangs. He let out a roar and rushed to the center of the group at breakneck speed, biting one of them on the neck. The man’s neck was pierced through as a result. A large amount of blood gushed from his neck, in which Vampyre sucked greedily into his mouth. That man was sucked dry and collapsed to the ground shortly after.

The lifeless bodies lay strewn across the ground, a grim to the battle that had just unfolded. As my gaze swept across our gruesome surroundings, I became aware of my own weakening state. Minutes passed unnoticed, and it was only when dizziness clouded my vision that I realized my clothes were soaked in blood. The vampire's bite had left a deep gash on my neck, and I was rapidly losing an alarming amount of blood. Desperately, I tried to stem the flow, pressing my hand against the wound, but my efforts proved futile.

Tyler asked. "They usually turn into a vampire." Ethan answers. And Tyler looked at me with wide eyes. "I'm already half vampire." I say. "What happens when a werewolf/vampire hybrid gets bitten by a vampire?" Tyler asked. "Nothing. It just hurts like a bitch for a few hours." Angelo says coming out of the house. "There you go. Nothing is going to happen to me. It just hurts." I say. And Angelo walks over and looks at the wound. "It only hurts this much because the vampire that's already inside of her is fighting this new vampire that is trying to come out. But it won't work. I've been bitten heaps of times. Mostly by those guys." He says pointing to his siblings and I laugh.

What fucking shit that is! Fucking humans and their ideas of horror. The ritual of turning someone into a vampire is quite simple. Force your blood down the throat of the one you wish you change. Around half a pint is required, though it is possible to change a comatose person. This would require a blood transfusion. However, this procedure does require the vampire to bite the person. A vampire’s fangs are venomous; this venom renders his prey unable to move or scream. It makes it easier to drink a victims blood.

Declan shook his head, “No, it doesn’t work like that…it’s an exchange of blood.” “I suppose it’s better that way, otherwise we’d be up to our eyeballs in vampires.” He chuckled, he had never thought of it that way. “Tell me how it works.” “I bite you and drain you nearly completely, then let you take my blood. You’ll die, and you’ll have to fight your way back to life…when you wake up, you’ll be one of us.” “Right,” she said, her face pensive now. “So where do I go? How do I fight my way out of there?

Alexis passed the baton to me with a slight inclination of his head. "We bite people," I replied. "Willingly." For the most part. "We have willing human donors who allow us to drink their blood in exchange for better health. You see, our bite can make a human turn into a Vampire if…well if we allow the human to die first, and if they take some of our blood as well. But for humans our bite is like medicine." I didn't say that our bite was also like a powerful drug. He didn't need to hear that. King remained quiet.
