The horror in my eyes worried him for a second. “Shit! Let me rephrase it for you. You will ride on Drew's back. He'll carry you. Like when we went hunting for the first time.” Beta Andrew added in a low tone. I sighed in relief when I heard that. He grabbed my hand and guided it toward his bicep. He made me wrap my arms around his bulky bicep. Then he led me outside the house. The sun had set down completely. And the moon had started to go up in the sky. Beta Andrew stepped away from me and took his clothes off. He walked away from me, so he could shift. While I gathered his clothes, wrapped them up and secured them in my bag.

The frown had a hint of anger in it too. "I said stop it!" Betty screamed and her eyes shone gold, just like they did at Draven's mansion. Kade stared at it amazed by the power she exuded. He felt waves of power coming from her body but they couldn't get to him, the chains were not ordinary. They were meant to hold down any power she might use to harm him. "Hhmm, interesting..." Kade stood for. His seat after Betty had calmed down and her eyes had changed to its normal color.

Betty said, lowering her head. “She’s fine,” Adrian said coldly. “Maybe some time alone in the dark will remind her who she belongs to.” “She’s pregnant, Adrian!” Betty snapped without thinking. “And she’s scared!” “She should be,” Adrian replied without flinching. “That’s the purpose of locking her there. Let that fear teach her to stay away from other men.” Betty stared at him, speechless. It was like she was staring right at a monster. She swallowed her anger, then turned around and walked down the stairs slowly, gripping the railing for support.
