The Darkness Takes Me

The Darkness Takes Me

Darkness has always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It has always been there, lurking in the shadows, watching me. Ever since the war broke out between the creatures and humans, darkness has been a persistent companion, protector, and guide. But this night was different. As I made my way through the darkness, I felt something else. Something that has never been there before. Something that has my heart beating a little faster and my skin crawling with unease. The darkness seems to be reaching out towards me. Almost as if it were trying to take me.

Robots are Humanoids: Mission on Earth

Robots are Humanoids: Mission on Earth

Coming Out of the Dark by Gloria Estefan. "Why be afraid if I'm not alone? Though life is never easy The rest in unknown And up to now for me it's been Hands against stone Spent each and every moment Searching for what to believe Coming out of the dark I finally see the light now And it's shining on me Coming out of the dark I know the love that saved me You're sharing with me..." Saki, who was the most awake at the moment, became alerted of a vehicle that seemed to be following them. It was then that she leaned out to the driver and said, "Am I just being paranoid, or is that red vehicle following us?"

LIGHT AFTER DARK

LIGHT AFTER DARK

Black as the darkest night hair against a crisp linen pillow, brown skin against a blindingly white sheet, and tiger’s eyes burning with deliberate cruelty and triumph into hers. In horrified rejection of the imagery that had sprung into her mind, Lara Anderson shuddered violently, dimly aware that she was still in the grip of severe shock. Abruptly, she was dredged from her turmoil by the insistent shrill of the telephone in the hall. Reluctantly she answered the summons, carefully shutting the lounge door behind her so that her father was not disturbed.

My Alpha, Her Mate

My Alpha, Her Mate

He leaned forward and looked at me with concern. "Can you tell me about the nightmares, please?" He asked, and I nodded and looked away, trying to blink the tears that threatened to fall. "Darkness, William, literal darkness. When Dinah told us about the darkness that will be upon us, she was talking about a total blackout. No sunlight." I said, sounding frantic, and he looked at me, confused.

Updating my review since I have finished the story. If you aren’t reading this story, you’re insane! So much goodness. Strong female lead, twists, turns, intrigue, lots of smut (but in the best way), betrayal and overall characters you love and root for. Read this story. You will not regret it!

This is an excellent book - very well written- great story line that’s exciting to follow. It takes you through all the emotions - the highs, the lows, and lower and then brings you up. Highly recommend- just the right amount of love and romance - I couldn’t put it down! You’ll love the heroine!

Light & Darkness: Book 2

Light & Darkness: Book 2

She assured that after today's help and explaining where what was, she would be able to deal with it on her own. They returned home around 9 p.m., but did not know that they were being watched. Only Nadir clearly sensed someone's presence, but when turned around, there was no one behind them, so she followed Miguel into the apartment, still eyeing everything around suspiciously. The worst part was that the person following them was probably from the Underworld, as the faint aura she felt in the distance indicated. All in all, Nadir might have expected someone to look for her if she didn't return to the Underworld for the day, but hadn't expected it to happen so soon.

“Marked as Property, Stolen by the Alpha”

As people willing to walk toward the unknown together. Far beyond Lumora— beyond the healed roads— beyond even the First Gate— a single point of light appeared in the darkness. Tiny. Distant. Unmapped. Waiting. The next journey had already begun. ✨

The Fallen Alpha’s Pregnancy

The Fallen Alpha’s Pregnancy

I drive into the dark. And I don't look back. Because I know what’s waiting for us at the end of the road. Everything. And nothing. The screen goes black. And I’m standing in the center. Waiting for the next take. Forever.

The Damned Alpha

The Damned Alpha

“The light’s presence has awakened other forces. The darkness is coming, and it will not wait. Prepare yourselves.” Without another word, the beast turned and vanished into the forest, its immense outline vanishing into the shadows as though it had never been there at all. The clearing fell calm, the only sound was the fragile mix of the wind through the trees. Ethan took a profound breath, attempting to stand firmly. The light within him pulsed in response, as if reminding him of the power he now held. He looked at Clara and Marcus, both of whom were watching him with concern. “We don’t have much time,” Marcus said, his voice tense. “If the darkness is coming, we need to be ready.”

SILVERFURS HEIRESS MATED TO THE ENEMY ALPHA

SILVERFURS HEIRESS MATED TO THE ENEMY ALPHA

We must stay united in order to persevere in this situation. They advanced, with each footstep leading them further into the depths of darkness. The scenery surrounding them contorted and distorted, shadows moving like living creatures. Unintelligible whispers hung in the air, eerie and ghostly, as though darkness itself was communicating with them. Xander experienced a shiver down his back, but he pushed himself to remain concentrated. The darkness was attempting to unsettle them, to weaken their determination. They were unable to allow it to be successful. As they continued exploring, they encountered a large, intimidating building. Before them, the looming entrance to the Nexus of Shadows

DEATH REINCARNATE

I grasp as one of them is trying to pull my pants down, helpless I can’t take anymore, I can’t bear to see them making a speck of dirt out of me, with nothing left, but hate I close my eyes waiting until they are done, yet, in the cold distance of the darkness I’m trapped into, someone came as I fall in my knees half-naked, for a thing or two, but will never be a nightmare anymore, FOR SOMEONE CAME
