Then heavy thuds shook the earth, padding slowly to us. I turned to the wolf, he was fine, but unfortunately the other witch wasn't. She coughed out the blood, rushing to her mouth while clutching tightly to the hilt of the sword stuck in her chest. "What the hell are they?" His voice, sent my gaze at the attackers. They were five, all dressed in uniform black, ancient riders clothing wearing a silver mask on their faces, each having their swords.

I did as he said, although peeking from his shoulders with my heart thudding on whether he was going to be okay. Javier was on the right-hand side of the room with a fork and plate of cake which he ate as if nothing was even happening. My hand connected with my forehead as I sighed at the indifference he was putting up, which could be tiring at times… Kicks and punches radiated the air suddenly, as about five Elves begun running so swiftly towards the Knights. They never got involved in the affairs of the world and focused on healing but that night, they unleashed their full fury against the Elves. Zedekiel’s ethereal form floated in the sky, watching as the Nightshades wreaked havoc on his kind. He didn’t remember ever fighting Alaric’s coven which meant it was also erased from his memories.

After that I never got to see elves, it looked like they vanished from the earth. When I returned back after five years of long battle, my younger sister was already married with a man who looked exactly like Loren Ragnar.

" Before anyone could ask another question, the doors exploded. Warriors flooded into the chamber. Liam moved instantly. "Protect Lia and the twins!" The room erupted into chaos.
