I struck him with lightning while Asher teleported to them, but he was faster as he disappeared into thin air, dropping Zira on the floor. “Are you okay?” I asked, running to them. There was blood on her head. “Yes," she said, dusting her gown. “What happened?” Asher asked. “I stayed in the room like you told me to, but the man came, killed everyone, and started dragging me out,” she said, breathing out. Her voice was hoarse because of screaming.
