Alpha Leo and the Heart of Fire

Alpha Leo and the Heart of Fire

I can see the faint outline of what looks like wings spread behind her. Wings of fire that seem to take the shape of a heart… A piercing scream rips through the air as her power increases tenfold and surges into the sky, emanating in waves around her. I see the swirls of the flames behind her move before I see a tiny part of her left wing snap and shrivel into embers of ash. It’s too blinding to look at, and I’m forced to avert my gaze.

Moonlight Muse has done it again! This book had me screaming in horror, laughing from my belly, grinning and smiling uncontrollably, thinking of ways to please my man and crying my eyes out! What a roller coaster of emotional drama that ultimately soothed my soul. Definitely one to read.

All of these books in the series are incredibly good! Love that we get to continue with the characters we've grown to love reading about, through their own individual wild life adventure -- Would love to hear more of Dante Rossi's Story

Of Frost and Fire

Of Frost and Fire

From the gallberry flat it led down to a creek swamp, dense with titi and bay-trees and tangled with bamboo-vine, and it wound through this jungle across the creek itself. “Want to drink, Snowball?” said Joe, as the black horse showed an inclination to pause at the clear water; and while Snowball drank Joe dismounted and dashed water over his face and arms. It was unusually hot for March, even in southern Alabama, and from the look of the sky he judged that there might be thunder before night.

The Luna He Gave Away

The Luna He Gave Away

Kael lit the lamp on the reading table while I built the fire, and neither of us commented on how easy it was—two people moving through the same space without getting in each other's way, without needing to negotiate anything. Outside the tall windows, snow was falling. The first snow of the year. Light and slow, the kind that wasn't trying to settle yet. Just drifting down through the dark like the sky was thinking about it. I sat on one side of the reading table. He sat on the other. The fire caught. The lamp spread warmth across the wood between us. Outside, the snow kept coming. "You stopped fighting it three weeks ago," I said. He looked at me. "Yes."

Fire And Ice

Fire And Ice

Perse was right, it’s exactly five minutes since she said it was gonna rain, it’s raining really heavily right now. The girls all smiled staring at me, obviously waiting for me. I stood up. “Come here,” I said and walked towards the window. I opened the window and stared at the water dropping for a while before putting my hand in the rain and immediately it turned to ice. They gasped and exchanged glances. “Ice!” They shouted at once and I immediately released the rain which started pouring out water again. “What’s wrong?” I asked wondering why they screamed. Is it bad? “Wow,,that’s crazy. We have fire already and now ice? Sounds interesting,” Odetta licked her lips and I scoffed.

To be honest, it looked like there was a blizzard coming in, the amount of snow falling from the sky and the frigid wind that whirled around us made it difficult to see. "It's too cold to go to the lake if that's what you're thinking," she mused, rubbing her hands together to generate some form of heat. "I know," I replied, pulling her further down the long driveway. Making sure no one was around or could see me, I allowed my wings to rip through my shirt, probably causing two massive holes at the back. "What are you doing? Someone might see you," Alina whisper yelled, wrapping her arms around her small frame. Rolling my eyes, I pulled her into my arms and picked her up bridal-style, "Someti

I normally read werewolf stories, which is how I found this author as I've been reading the Kylie's other books. This is the first story I've read with Demons and Angels, and I have really enjoyed it. A massive congratulations to Kylie for another great story. Looking forward to more stories :)

I was enthralled by this story of good and and evil. I believe you are a little closer to the mark than most which makes this story very interesting to read. I was very impressed. I definitely think you should do a follow up. Your writing is very talented. Thank you for an amazing tale. Please more.

The Eclipse Secret Child

The Eclipse Secret Child

The first snowflake didn’t melt, it didn’t even feel cold, when it touched the marble of the balcony, it let out a faint, high-pitched chime, like a crystal singing to itself, within an hour, the "Snow" was falling across the entire Zenith City, fine, shimmering flakes of Solid Starlight that didn't pile up like ice, but began to coat everything in a terrifying, beautiful frost.

The Apocalypse Hoarder

The Apocalypse Hoarder

Minutes later, the first flakes began to fall. At first, they were the size of fingernails. Within two minutes, they had swelled into thick goose-feather snow, pouring from the black sky in a blinding curtain. The wind howled. The snowfall turned violent, as if someone had ripped open the clouds and hurled the sky straight down onto Volaris. There was no warning or easing in. Only nature, raw and merciless. Even with his fortress walls, Cyrus' pulse quickened. He had lived through the Frostfall once before. He knew how cruel it could be. Could his 1,600,000-dollar safehouse truly withstand what was coming?

Hockey Alphas - Pawns For Pucks

Hockey Alphas - Pawns For Pucks

I walked over to the window, drawn by the low rumble of wind against the glass. The sky was a furious swirl of dark clouds, the air thick with the promise of snow. As I watched, heavy flakes began to fall, blanketing the ground in a relentless surge of white. The wind howled, whipping the snow into towering drifts, and the trees bent under the weight of the gathering mass. It was something I'd never seen before. Ominous and powerful, with the force to transform the familiar campus into an alien landscape.

Surviving Snow

Surviving Snow

“ That’s okay, I have an extra bit of the recording. Just give me an hour. Sort myself, think, and then have everyone meet me in the middle by the fire.” “ Are you sure? Maybe we shou-” I gave her a cold glare this time. “ Okay, I will get everyone.” With that I walked out of the bathroom, and down the stairs, out the door. I needed some fresh air after all of that. I just couldn’t believe that she did that. I walked around, taking in the view, and brightening the fresh air. I walked around by the house that no longer stood. Looking at the debris that was all around. It looked like the families tried to put all the pieces back to the site. You could still see some of the smoke lingering from

The Omega's Fate

The Omega's Fate

He just hoped that he knew what he was getting himself into. The moon was just beginning to rise as Flamestrike made his way to the horseplace. His ears were flattened against the back of his skull when he noticed silvery wisps of clouds stretching across the sky. Snow had fallen later in the day, adding to an already thick blanket of snow. Thankfully it hadn't taken long for him to reach his destination, in spite of the cold. With the wind finally dying down, that made his journey much easier.
