We are almost to the waterfall when Raidon stops us. “What are we waiting for?” I asked. I can see four guys walking around the waterfall, looking at something. Tyler shifts his weight and must have nudged something with his foot because all four turn around and look at us. Those aren’t fucking vampires. They are a hybrid. They are a cross between a wolf and a vampire; only they are genetically made. Hunters have been capturing both of our species for the last few years and genetically mutating them together to produce the perfect weapon to fight both of our kinds.

So, he had Beta Ryan investigate the history of werewolves. Hybrids usually began to show their wolf characteristics between the ages of 3 and 8, depending on their parents' genes. The stronger the genes of the parents, the more pronounced the wolf traits in the Hybrid baby. He was confident about his own genes and believed that his baby would transform into a wolf sooner.
