I demanded. Xander stepped close to me and looked into my eyes, his expression serious. "You know that the clinic burning down wasn't an isolated incident, just like this vampire's murder wasn't an isolated incident either. Before you go, we have to put a stop to whoever is hunting us, or else you will be hunted down and killed." He sighed. "If Raven said—" "How did you know her name?" I demanded, amazed that he had known exactly who I was talking about. He shrugged. "Raven is an extraordinary witch. If she says you have a wolf that's dormant, then you can take it to the bank."

said Raven's mom, starting her car with a sigh. Raven frowned at her mom's words. Although she didn't agree with her mom, she didn't argue. "Can we stop discussing him, mom?" requested Raven. She didn't want to go into details of her relationship with Ralph. She didn't point out that there was actually no love involved in their relationship, it was clearly a physical attraction right from the start. Although she did love him, he didn't return the feeling for sure. Her mom sighed but didn't pursue the matter further. She understood that Raven didn't want to discuss it at all.

I said, my voice filled with skepticism. “I have been keeping an eye on you Raven. You have proved yourself to be a worthy wolf, on several occasions. You have proved to be the daughter of an alpha wolf, and the blood of a warrior runs in your veins. And now, the time has come for you to pay back and help your people.” Ryker said. I met his gaze, our eyes both filled with determination. I knew Ryker did not play by the rules, yes I wanted to help him. But I have to be very sure he will not outsmart me in the end. He is quite the double-crosser.

“Good.” That night, Raven gathered her wolves in the war room, a massive map of their territory spread across the table, candles flickering around them. “Garran’s scouts have been testing our wards,” Raven said, her finger tracing the borders where alarms had flared. “They’re searching for weaknesses.” Luca crossed his arms. “They won’t find any.” “They might not need to if they think we’re weak,” Raven replied. Her golden eyes swept over her wolves, the alphas of her inner circle, and finally Ragnar, who stood at her right, silent but present.

Raven was so happy at the fact that Caleb actually protected her from vampires and all and it was quite very pleasant and at the same time a very quite horrifying experience for her in the sense that at that moment she knew and she felt that she had a thing with Caleb but also seeing Caleb turn into a werewolf she couldn't actually quite really know if he was still in his right senses or if he would have attacked her anyways but the fact that he only focused on the vampires and tried to make sure she was safe actually gave her a boost and made her understand that this guy could actually be the one for her and she could see how they could get to work. so later on that day to make sure that Ra

"Drew said the person who hurt me must have truly hated me. They twisted the silver blade in my gut again and again, trying to destroy my wolf. Mr. Walsman spent a long time just to save my life." Raven froze. His knees gave out, and he collapsed onto the couch. Overwhelmed, he coughed up a mouthful of blood.

The lady was surprised and confused when he suddenly cut her off. "Y-Yes? I think she placed it on her vanity area." He felt like he was being poured with a glass of cold water when his speculation was confirmed. Hyde remembered it when he went to the victim's vanity table. He remembered what it looked like. A bird darker than a crow, and usually eats flesh from dead animals. A bird that means DEATH... A CARRION CROW.

It allowed better security with a smaller number of wolves. In that time, Kane returned to his pack for a few days to oversee things, send his warriors back and ask for any that would like to volunteer to stay in Ravenfield for a while. Thankfully a handful of wolves agreed to return with him when he came, all of them eager to take the chance to potentially find their mates within my pack. I was hopeful that they could as well.

' Raven had to answer in the negative and decided that he was going to confide in Rodolf and Esmee about it, perhaps they could investigate that ceremony. ‘Good plan,’ said Maddie, turning around so that she lay with her back against his chest. Raven put his arm around her and she snuggled up against him. He lay there for a while, felt how tired his body was. He had also had to work quite hard for a number of nights and then that heavy lovemaking with Maddie. He smiled and closed his eyes. Maddie felt safe and secure. Raven's breathing deepened and she felt him relax. As she tuned in to him, she felt his fatigue, and she remembered that he had been away for a few nights. On a mission for Ome

She needed to get them out without the hunters knowing, we planned with a few other wolves including Jace the traitor to sneak out and leave them here to deal with the two angry packs closing in. It went without a hitch, except the fact Raven somehow woke up twice during the journey. She should have been knocked out like Zach for the entire time with just one dose of those drugs.
