A small body on the ground.
A boy who looks to be just ten, Scrambling backward, his hands shaking, eyes wide with terror and towering over him is a rogue wolf.
But not just any rogue.
This one is feral, Its fur is matted with old blood, ribs barely covered by skin, eyes glowing with something wild and broken which means it’s an insane one and there’s no control there or sanity.
Just hunger!
The kind that doesn’t stop and the kind that kills.
