The demon wolf’s Affair

The demon wolf’s Affair

“I’ll let it go this once. The next time you come to me with such dangerous questions, you will be duly punished. Library etiquette. Your hands must be sanitised with that special mix over there before you touch any book, and any one you intend to take out of here must be registered with me.” She spins around and marches to the high backed seat, plopping herself into it. She’s the librarian? The woman is an enigma, her words confuse me, as she does herself. What was that about my self-destruction? A curse or just the ramblings of an old woman?

When Silence Met Fire

When Silence Met Fire

Stared at the wall. --- At 1, she walked to the cafe. The bell rang. The woman behind the counter looked up. "You're late." "I finished the book." The woman poured tea. Set it on the counter. "The one you've been reading for weeks?" "The one I've been reading for weeks." "What are you going to do now?" Maya wrapped her hands around the cup. "I don't know." The woman nodded. Picked up a cloth. Started wiping the counter. "That's what I thought."

TAKE MY BREATH AWAY

TAKE MY BREATH AWAY

Two huge books were placed in front of her. “Your books, Dr. Richards,” the sales assistant said. “Although,” the woman added, and Cheryl could see her eyes going, as every female eye in the universe would surely go, to the man sitting opposite her, “you may just find you don’t have the time to read them,” she finished dryly, and just a little enviously. Then she went away. Nikolas slid his fingers into hers. Meshing tight.

Traci Williams
Loved this short story from E.S. This billionaire romance is told mostly from the ML perspective, I really struggled to see him as anything but the villain and a selfish self-centered jerk most of the book, but well, I’ll let you read it. ES always comes through with beautiful stories.
Kimberly
A well written story full of passion, emotion and the kind of problems that come from adults not communicating with each other. The male lead is flawed, very flawed, but has some decent character development, especially for a short story. The female lead’s emotions made me cry. Well worth reading

A Fairy Well-kept Secret

A Fairy Well-kept Secret

The pretty lady had a petite build with wide hips, her hands holding onto a list and several books. Dorothy stiffened. The new woman’s eyes were focused on Theodore, a shy, tender smile curving her lips. Daffodil flinched when a loud noise at her right caught her attention. She whirled around to stare wide-eyed. A gorgeous lady stood glaring at her, arms crossed over her chest. Glancing down, Daffodil saw the lady had laid a heavy stack of books on the table. “New librarian?” Her voice was cold and annoyed.

The woman then walked to the right and sat on one of the chairs that were there. "Wow. It's my first time entering a large library like this. Usually maybe I just walked into a bookstore and bought a novel there to read at home, "Bella muttered. The woman was busy looking at this huge library area. The books here are neatly arranged and lined up on the shelves that have been provided. Really awesome. Plus, the condition of this library is very calm and conducive. It is suitable for her who really likes reading books. Bella shook her head softly. The woman looked back at the book that she had put on the table. She immediately focused on hers original purpose here. Reading book.

His Distant Human Mate

His Distant Human Mate

Meredith could tell from the position of the woman that she was actually sleeping rather than reading. Merdith put her hand on the woman's shoulder and lightly shook her awake, "Willow," Meredith said gently. Willow's eyes slowly opened. It took her a moment to realize who was standing in front of her. A small smile spread across her face. "Did I fall asleep reading again?" The woman asked as she sat up straighter in the chair and closed the book. It made a crinkling sound as the pages came together. "It would seem so," Meredith responded as she took the chair across from Willow. This library was used for the much older books that not many in the coven sought after. The spells in it from the

The Lycan King's Forbidden Fruit.

The Lycan King's Forbidden Fruit.

At my words, the woman’s eyes brighten, and I can see the greed that starts to form within them. “You’re a generous man.” She giggles, reaching out and attempting to take the money while I pull it back. “Answers first.” I snap. “Then payment.” Sighing, the woman lazily gets up and heads across the bookstore. When she reaches the door, she locks it and clicks off the open sign. “Come with me.” She announces, once done. “What you seek is this way.” Frowning, I watch her run her long fingers along a row of books until she finds the one she is looking for. As she gives it a pull, multiple clicks sound, followed by the groaning of metal against metal as the bookshelf moves entirely.

Beatrice and the Lord

Beatrice and the Lord

The woman said, and Beatrice nodded. Although the woman had a black scarf covering her face and a long clothe that looked like a gown that hid every part of her body... Beatrice smiled and nodded again. "You don't have to worry, I am fine." She assured and walk pass the woman in to the library. They were few people in there and almost five had the same attire like the woman she had bumped into. She creased her forehead but smiled at everyone. Going to the shelf.. Beatrice began to search for any books that had to do with the witches and wolves curse.

My Stepbrother’s Secret Obsessions:A Taboo Desire Collection

This is a new story. what do you think about Brandon and Lauren relationship? Are you expecting more of them? "Hi, may I help you find something?" I ask as I approach a strikingly beautiful woman looking around the bookstore. "Yes," she smiles at me. "I'm looking for books on orgasms." She says it so matter-of-factly that it catches me off guard. Or maybe it's her exquisite eyes, deep brown with an almost oriental look, coupled with her mahogany complexion that makes me catch my breath.

The Second Chance

The Second Chance

“Hm ... how about we just go to our favorite spa? But before that, I want to go to the bookstore. It is been so long not visiting there. Who knows if there are some interesting books, then I can buy them soon.” A woman with blood type A would have imagined if they immediately carried the intention out. She could already imagine the sea of books stored neatly on the shelves, so that this situation makes her interest in reading and buying lots of books unstoppable. "Oh, so you already want to go to the bookstore? If that is the condition, what time do you want to go to the spa? You can decide now, before I call our favorite location to book an appointment.”
