“They like happy endings—just like mystery book readers—but romance readers care more about the character than the plot. mystery and thrillers deal with how to solve the crime, the puzzle, and stop the bad guy. romance is usually about emotion — which I don't know how to write well — and the development of character, two people overcoming adversity and conquering love. So, when things got tough, I assumed that he never really had me. loved. None of us grew an inch from the moment we met to the the day we got divorced. I had grown old

The Ruthless CEO's Contract Bride

The Ruthless CEO's Contract Bride

I could only pray that I would be strong enough to face everything that was about to happen, for the future of Nong Time, my beloved son. How's it going, everyone? Thank you all so much for following this novel up to this point. I'm usually not very good at writing romance, so tackling this story has been a huge challenge for me. Your support and encouragement mean the world as I step out of my comfort zone. It's been a journey of learning and growth, and I'm really putting my all into it. I hope you're enjoying the characters and their story as much as I've enjoyed creating them. Please stick with me and follow this novel all the way to the end. Your readership is what keeps me motivated to

Romance, Going Solo

My best friend liked it instantly. [Congrats, Director Thornton. Welcome to freedom!] I was promoted to the position of finance director in my company. I bought my own home, and I had a cat. After everything I had been through, I finally understood that loving myself was where lifelong romance would truly begin.

A Writer's Contract: Twisted Inspiration

"I couldn't say that I'm not a firm believer of love, nor am I an expert in the subject to claim to know it all. But, hearing this from someone who writes such moving romances is kind of a shock..." "Everyone knows that romance is a beautiful fiction. The reason why I'm good at writing romance is because I know what are people's deepest desires and hopes, what they want to see the reality they dream of. I simply mold all those into my characters and have them reach the ultimate form of happiness in their fantasies,"

Ghost In Red

Ghost In Red

I asked and boldly asked her about her work. "What do you mean 'no more'? What was happening there, by the way?" She curiously asked, and I grunted. "Ugh! I am not really satisfied. I mean... There should be more than just them kissing, right? This one is an adult romance book, isn't it? Where's the spice? And look at this. The word count for this chapter didn't reach your average count. It is way shorter than the rest, Oj. You should do something more with this scene." I explained with a bit of frustration, and she looked at me with her right eyebrow raised.

Married a Secret Billionaire

"Didn't you ask me to tell you about it?" Daniel broke into a cold sweat. Of all the books she could be reading, she had to pick this one. If one drew a parallel, wouldn't he be the heartless male lead? What if she read on and remembered something from the past... By now, Daniel was sweating all over. "Anyway... romance novels use clichés. They’re all about endless love and stuff. They’re not very meaningful," he said with a forced smile. "You don't plan on writing one too, do you?"

I've only read two books on this app. This is the second and by far the best one. The storylines are fluid, the characters are endowed with personality and most importantly the writer makes them come together seamlessly. Ideally, this is what the experience should be, uncomplicated and enjoyable.

I like the story. However, the cost is high for books on here and they are never ending. Not that the chapters are long, but it is almost the same outlying as the other books from this author. Sometimes it takes a moment to see what characters they have actively engaged in that chapter.

Burned (New Adult Romance)

Burned (New Adult Romance)

Shadow raised her head to smell it, her big brown eyes curious, but upon finding it to be nothing other than frustrating ideas, she resettled. It had seemed so easy at first glance. Audrey and Ray had fallen in love once; I knew they could do it again. I had buzzed through my shift, sprinted home, and hopped on the computer for research. Fast forward two hours and I had no results. Everything I found was either too complex or too reminiscent of “The Parent Trap”. I had no idea how to get these two people to fall in love, let alone how to get them in the same room. My balloon of hope and excitement was quickly deflating, reality a slow leak sinking it. My phone chimed, and the noise startled

"I was talking about that one! Room 143!" "Room 143?" I looked at him again and he looked so pissed. "What does it have to do with us when we are at the abandoned building?" He sighed heavily before pushing me off the bed. "Go. I can't talk to you anymore. You're so slow." As soon as he said that, I finally and miraculously figured out what he wanted to say. He's using the number 143 as a way to say I LOVE YOU since I am 1 letter, Love consists of 4 letters, and You consists of 3 letters.

you can change your book cover or synopsis accordingly and try again. # What genres of novels do you accept? All genres are welcome. Although we have more romance novels right now, we're slowly changing that and trying to make our platform more diverse. # How many words should I write in each chapter? We suggest you to keep your each chapter between 0.8k-1k words. This isn’t a hard and fast rule, but readers might balk at chapters that fall short or go too far over this wordcount. You can adjust your chapter's length according to your own needs.

Umm, how do I sign up for contracts? I read everything and did the things that have in writer center but still, I am not getting click bottom or any notice. Ah, it's embarrassing 😅😅 but can anyone help me. Thank you. 😊

Answered a lot of questions I didn't even know I had, and the main one I tracked this down for. Just wish that when I submitted a book for the first time that this was a suggested read, as it would streamline a lot. Glad this exists, just wish I knew sooner.
