Without any choice, I looked at the man with burning and nervous curiosity. Without any warning, he immediately grabbed my hand and made me run with him. I had the time to asses his clothes with this and if he just didn't look like a drug addict nearing to be a beginner of zombie apocalypse, I wouldn't have any issues trusting him. He is wearing a white cloak with black swirls. Paired with a pure white shoes. He looked like an angel from the back. But what raised my doubt before was because it's strange, that he is the only man who

He had been so touched and happy when he first received it back then, kissing the scars on the back of my hand and promising me that he would wear it for the rest of his life. But now, Jasper didn't care about the necklace anymore and instead defended Avery against me with it. He was now gently and tenderly attending to her bump with a pitious look on his face. "Arianne! Ave was just hungry! What's wrong with eating some of your food? "You enjoyed a whole life of luxuries for years, and all Ave did was just eat some of your bread! You're such a selfish bitch!" I couldn't stop myself from laughing out loud. Jasper couldn't possibly not know that this bun was my only food supply here. Also, it

The mutated zombie’s claws tore through Jenkins’s chest. He was dragged off the terrace before he could even scream. "Fire! Fire!" Ethan shrieked. Gunshots cracked through the night sky. But the creatures were too fast. They had evolved in the bitter cold. White fur. Beast-like speed. A single bite snapped Rodriguez's neck. The blood froze instantly. "Fall back! To the base!" Ethan grabbed Chloe and scrambled for the snowmobile. The two remaining guards laid down suppressing fire.

"In the late stages of the apocalypse, anti-inflammatory medicine will be the hardest to find. We should stock up now. Later, a single pill could be worth a cow." Mom bought a large supply of medicine from dealers—anti-inflammatories, cold and flu remedies, painkillers, antibiotics, bandages, disinfectants, thermometers, and more. I silently reviewed my chemistry formulas for the exam, paying no mind to the ridiculous stockpiling. Giselle reinforced the doors and windows and even installed solar panels on the balcony. Yet, he dropped into a swift side roll, grabbed a steel pipe, and smashed it hard. He might have been the team's weakest link, but he was still miles better than Esmeralda. I tuned him out and focused only on mowing down the horde of zombies that kept pouring in. Noah, however, looked like a different person. He weaved through the horde with quick, precise strikes. When the last zombie dropped dead, only our ragged breathing remained in the lab. Fortunately, we had stocked up on ammunition and weapons before setting out, and we were in better shape than before. That was the only reason we made it out unscathed.

You once said you'll believe me as long as I present this. I'm not lying. The base will soon collapse." This was a gift Jeffrey gave to me for my 18th birthday before the apocalypse. That day, his eyes filled with sincerity as he promised, "Jules, no matter what happens in the future, I will stand by you unconditionally whenever you hold this out."

It led to a connected room; a storage room, filled with employee equipment. "Nice one. Let's find some comfier clothes." Brie patted her head like a proud mother. In a way, she was. Melissa had grown on her. After a few minutes of searching, Melissa found the smallest size of clothing they had. They had small, white t-shirts, green cargo pants and boots. Brie managed to grab a bigger size for Adam and herself, raising her eyebrows.
