Streams of white light energy hit them and sent them and the bodies they possessed down into the abyss. I moved my hand, aimed at zombies, and sent them to the darkness of the Underworld. A zombie in the form of a naked shifter had cracked the back of a screaming Neratomay Elder, and I shot it, sending the both of them into the abyss. Paul was punching a zombie that had entered the body of a Were-bear, its mouth the size of an alligator. Though Paul knocked the bear off balance, the bear wasn't stunned. I aimed my power at the bear's cavernous mouth seconds before it would have locked onto Paul's face. I returned that abomination to the Underworld. "Paul, you can't fight them!" I yelled. "St

I did the research. On my whole lower arm, these are my favorite monsters in fiction: Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster, the Hunchback of Notre Dame, and course, a zombie. If you can see more closely it's a picture of me—zombified. Aww, thanks so much, Zeke. It just sounds funny when you say 'sexy zombie.'

I sighed wishing they would hurry up and let us board. The flight home wasn't bad, the first class section hardly had anyone in it. I read most of the way home to keep my mind off of Seth and on the Zombie apocalypse. I was obsessed with anything Zombie related. This particular book followed a girl who had been separated from her group and was trying to make her way back. It was actually really good and made the flight go by.

I add. She smiles up at me, “I love you too Troy and I don’t want to leave you either but duty calls.” I sigh, “Can we at least stop fighting and go back to bed.” She laughs, “Troy that wasn’t a fight, I was just giving you space to think and I also did a little digging about Zane’s uh problem.” She takes my hand and leads me to a seat. I frown wondering what exactly she means by digging. “Harper and I went to the library yesterday and found a book on Vladimir, it tells the story of how he became a Vampire annnnd about his four loyal soldiers.” She looks at me to make sure I’m following.

Heath told her. “Not really,” Aislen objected. “Leighton Richards is a supernatural warlock immortal who two hundred and fifty odd years ago tried to give his human mate immortality and somehow turned her into a zombie. She bit a lot of people, who bit others, and turned the original colonists of Havermouth into zombies. Leighton made them sleep and locked them in a cave. The floods washed out the cave, and swept the zombies out into the river. Some survived and made it to shore and started biting people because they’re really hungry and being bitten makes you into a zombie too. Others we think weren’t so lucky and they’re bleeding out into the water causing the water illness.” “Okay,” Heath

Chapter 1. My old Civic made a horrible coughing sound and then died completely on the long empty stretch of Route 47. The dashboard lights flickered multiple times like an old street lamp and then went completely dark, leaving me sitting in total blackness except for the weak glow from my phone screen. The rain was pounding heavily against the roof and windows as if it wanted to break through and drown me. I was still more than two hours away from the city, driving back from visiting my parents upstate, and I knew quite painfully that there was not a single town or gas station in sight.

Sarah muttered, rolling his eyes. Favour adjusted his glasses. “I’m going to sleep for a week. Maybe two and never read any book that has to do with zombies again.” “Boring,” Justin said with a grin. “Me? I’m hitting up the biggest buffet in town. And I’m not leaving until they roll me out.” “You’d be doing that even if there wasn’t a zombie apocalypse,” Collins quipped, earning a round of laughter. Jeff smiled faintly. “I just want to see my family again.”

When I stopped, I was breathless. "I think I'm broken," I whispered. "No," he finally said. "You're not broken. You're human. But you are... dangerous." "Dangerous?" "To him. To anyone lucky enough to haunt your dreams." The booth felt too small. Too warm. My fingers curled around the edge of the seat. He leaned closer. Shadows moved behind the screen. "Would you come back next week?" "Why?" "Because I want to hear more. I want to know what happens next."

The two were locked for some moments. “I am Zuba”, she said softly. “I am the princess of the kingdom of Borney of the vampire”. “But I am werewolf”, said Jason “Yea, its fine” “Sure?” “Yea, we’re in this together, to turn our hates into love, but they won’t allow us”. She said. “Can we do this?” “Why not”, said Jason hesitantly. “Off course we can, let’s get on it” But before they could figure out on the next step, some passers-by that saw them screamed. They began to shout.

I found a tattered web-strap chaise lounge, positioned it in the shade, and fell onto it. The comic book was called “They Come Out at Night,” and its cover featured some kind of one-eyed bat-like creature swooping down on a scantily-clad woman. I dove in, reading the story about the monster called Popobawa that had been captured in Africa and shipped to the United States. The ship was wrecked in a storm off the coast of North Carolina, smashing the crate that held the beast. It flew to shore and terrorized a small town. I read the whole thing, cover to cover, only to have the story end on a cliffhanger. There must be more of these in the attic. The thought of going up there to find the next
