Chapter 7 - Lydia

"Y-You can rest assured about that," I said, stuttering a little due to fear.

I responded stuttering because I'm a bit clumsy and I'm afraid of his reaction if he finds out.

"You shouldn't be afraid of him, because he's an alpha lupus" said the Guará in my mind.

It's easy to say, but it's hard not to be even more scared when you remember the story of the Lima sorcerers killing the disgusting alphas in ancient times.

I learned from my parents that the fact that none of the alphas came near the descendant of the knight Belfaguer, It wasn't because they had never found her, even because there were some alphas who had come across Belfaguer's descendants and luckily they weren't assholes, but the moment a boy called the descendant by name and she called him "Lima", the alpha ran away in fear because he knew the story of the legend.

It's hard for anyone not to be afraid, especially when you know that the Limas are the most powerful sorcerers on this planet.

"Now that everything is settled, I need you both to leave." she said, making me come out of my thoughts.

"Why?" I asked.

"Obviously it's for me to work" she replied and then looked at Lima "Arthur, could you take him to your house?" the girl asked while looking at the boy who just frowned "Please."

"Okay" Lima said sighing at the end while his voice showed boredom, he stopped looking at my chosen one and looked at me with a serious expression "I'll take you to my house, but I don't think it's best to touch anything there."

"So how am I supposed to get through the front door if I can't even touch anything there?" I said mockingly.

"I thought you were scared" I heard Guará say and laugh at the end.

"You understood what I meant" Lima said irritably.

Of course I understood, but I didn't say anything because I just gave a nasal laugh and realized that Lima was angry about it.

"Reminds me why I'll let him come to my house" Lima said as he looked at Mate.

"Because I asked politely, but the reason I accepted is because I'm the love of your life" my chosen one said jokingly in the last words.

"Stop thinking so highly of yourself, I only accepted you because you're my friend" Lima said, flicking her forehead, but he said something very quietly that my chosen one didn't hear while I, who have more acute hearing than humans due to the fact that I'm a lupine, I was surprised by what he had said which was "You are the only girl I love as a woman."

"WHAT!?" I screamed in surprise at what I heard, causing Lima to put his hand on his chest in the fright while my chosen one did a mini jump "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to."

"Okay," my chosen one said, "But what made you scream in that surprised way?"

"Nothing much, it was just Guará" I lied, trying to pretend as much sincerity as possible.

"What a lie" I heard Guará say indignantly "Tell her the truth, because then the wizard will get dumped right away."

"It's better not to," I mentally replied to Guará. "He's the one who has to tell me."

Guará just said that if Lima had the courage he would end up telling my chosen one and I agreed, the wizard called me to go to his house, to be honest I thought it was strange that he was going to the clinic door so we could go to his house instead of us teleporting there.

"Why don't you teleport us to your house, here inside the clinic?" I asked.

"Because I don't want to," Lima replied. "And also because the cameras showed that I entered the zoo, so I must teleport to the zoo gate."

After understanding Lima's reason, I started walking to the door and after smelling a certain smell, I stopped immediately while Lima opened the door showing a girl there.

"Coconut" the girl said as she walked into the clinic and looked at me.

"The crazy woman found us" I heard Guará say with a worried tone.

I finally found you Coconut" the girl said coming to me.

"Friend of yours?" I heard my chosen one ask behind me.

I was about to answer, but the girl was quicker than me.

"I'm Lydia, but I'm not his friend" the girl replied as she looked at my chosen one "I'm his girlfriend."

"Girlfriend!?" I heard my chosen one speak, showing in the tone of her voice that she was confused.

"You lied when you said Van was your chosen one!?" Arthur said and I could tell by his tone of voice that he was irritated "I will kill you."

"No, wait, let me explain," I said and Lima stopped.

"You have three minutes," said Lima.

"He has to explain himself to me" said Lydia as she crossed her arms "Who the hell is Van?" she asked angrily. "And what do you mean, she's your chosen one?"

""I'm Van" I heard my chosen one respond "To be honest, it's also a surprise to know that I'm his chosen one, even more so now that you've appeared and say you're his girlfriend."

"She's not my girlfriend" I said as I looked at my chosen one "She's my ex-girlfriend and..." I was interrupted by Lydia.

"I'm your girlfriend, why are you lying to her!?" Lydia said as she pointed at my chosen one "You said you loved me, promised that we would get married after our baby was born" she said with teary eyes as she placed her hand on her stomach.

"She's pregnant!?" my chosen one said in surprise.

"Yes, I am, Gabriel is just confused because he hasn't marked me yet and since he's close to heat, he must have mistaken you for his chosen one because of his lust." Lydia said looking at my chosen one.

"You better run," Lima said in an angry tone of voice.

And I really ran, but I tried while asking him to hear my side and unfortunately Lima didn't want to know anymore.

"I told you that girl was going to be a trouble from the day she took advantage of you in your heat" I heard Guará say in my mind.

"If that's the case, then why didn't you hold back!?" I said to my wolf in my mind "After all, you're the one in control during heat."

"You know I was horny and desperate to satisfy myself, even more so since we hadn't met our chosen one yet" I heard Guará defend himself "Even more so since Lydia was there to make sure you ate and stayed hydrated, she did that, but in the end she even helped you during heat."

"I still can't believe she switched the suppressant for any medicine that's the same as it," I said mentally, indignant.

"It's not your fault, you trusted her to the point of taking care of you when you realized that the medicine you had taken had no effect" said Guará "You even asked her to handcuff you to the bed with those iron handcuffs soaked in the lobeira flower*, you even asked her to buy another suppressant."

I sighed after those words, because after Lydia tied me with those handcuffs that were wet with the lobeira flower, she undressed and kissed me while caressed my groin making my animal side take over and that was how Lydia satisfied Guará, When I woke up in control, Lydia told me that she helped me because she loved me and I was honest saying that I just saw her as a childhood friend and nothing more, but I accepted her spending the other days of my heat with me, When the four days of heat were over, Lydia asked me out and I said no because I didn't want to give false hope, but I accepted after she said that feelings change and that I should give it a chance.It was a mistake because when I discovered that she had changed the suppressant for another medicine, I was immediately irritated and demanded an explanation, she confessed that she had been planning this for a while and finally saw the opportunity when I had forgotten my suppressor and she said she would ask her brother who, coincidentally, was also taking the suppressant due to his heat, I discovered that even he was involved because he was the one who had bought the medicine, that same day I broke up with her and our friendship.

"I got you!" I heard Lima say and then I felt a pull backwards that made me fall to the ground "Now I will finish you off" he said and I saw him raise his hand and around it there was a kind of angry flame, I realized it was magic.

"We're screwed," I heard Guará say in my mind.
