Off to get our mate

Andrew POV-

Alsie was gone. She just left us. I was so mad at Osiris how could he even think about rejecting Alsie. We’ve waited for years for our mate, and he was going to reject her. No way, I would never let that happen.

What was my dad thinking? Why was Kordell so hell bent on causing doubt when it came to Alsie? Something wasn’t adding up there.

I didn’t want to listen to Kane, I wanted to go after Alsie myself. I missed her, I needed her, I craved her touch, her scent. I knew Kane was right, I knew her feelings were hurt. I hoped he could talk her into coming back to the pack, to coming back to me. I’ve loved her from afar for so many years, being able to be love her, be honest about my love for her, and out in the open with Alsie has been wonderful. I don’t want anyone else. If Osiris does reject her, I would seek her out and ask for her forgiveness. I just pray to the Moon Goddess that Osiris listens to his heart.

    Alsie POV-Once downstairs I stuffed my face with blueberry waffles, a ham steak and two poached eggs.
