“Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen. Tonight, witness the 10 lovely dazzling candidates presenting their very best and vie for the covitous crowns right here at this stage as the new Miss Santa Barbara Comprehensive School 2005.” Sabi pa ng emcee.

Isang masigarbong palakpakan ang dumagundong.

“To formally start our program, let us all rise for the doxology to be rendered by Mr. Rodolfo Capili, one of our Judges for tonight’s event. This will be followed by the singing of our Philippine National Anthem.” Dagdag pa nito. Tumayo ang lahat ng tao.

“I’m Timmy Dulay, your host for tonight, and this is, Miss Santa Barbara Comprehensive School 2005 Coronation Night. So, let’s not prolong the waiting of our audience. Isang masigabong palakpakan naman diyan!”

“Woah…Woah…” sabi pa ng mga tao doon.

(drum rolls)

Nagsimula ang kompetesyon ng mga kalahok mula sa swimsuit hanggang sa evening gown.

“It is really a tough fight between our 10 lovely candidates. From their Introduction Number, to Casual Wear, Talent Portion, Swimwear, and Evening Gown...Students of Santa Barbara Comprehensive School, who do you think will be included in our Top 3?”

“No. 1!”

“No. 3...”

“No 5...”

“No. 2...Anaya…Go! go! go! Anaya!”

“No. 1...Ronila... Go! go! go! Ronila!”

“It seems na maraming fans si Candidate No. 2. Okay guys, please settle down. I will announce our Top 3, In no particular order. Please step forward when I call your number, ladies, okay, you are in, Candidate No. 5, miss Maria Nerissa de la Vega! Congratulations! Please step forward Candidate No. 5. Thank you!”

“Okay guys, our next contestant is…Candidate number? Candidate No. 6, Miss Mia Angelique Hernandez. Congratulations! Thank you, Candidate No. 6, please step forward. And now, to complete our Top 3, please step forward, Candidate number 1, Miss Ronila Capili. Congratulations. Please step forward Candidate No.1. Thank you. Now, our Top 3 is complete. Congratulations ladies!”

Emcee: At this point, we have come to the much-awaited part of this event…the Question and Answer Portion. This part is truly exciting because by answering the questions from our judges, we will be able to test our candidates' wit and personalities.

Emcee: May we call on Candidate No. 5 to please step forward for the Q&A. And here's your question, "If you will choose between beauty and brains, what will you chose?"

Candidate No. 5: Thank you for that wonderful question. I-if I w-will choose... ahh...I will choose brains...b-because what is your b-beauty if your brain is empty. Thank you.

Emcee: Thank you for that wonderful answer. I'm sure that our judges were having a hard time. Okay, please step forward Candidate No. 6. And here's your question, "Who is the most important person in your life? And why?"

Candidate No. 6: Thank you for that wonderful question. Before anything else, I would like to greet all the students, faculties, families and friends who came here to watch and support their candidates. Good evening to all of you. For me, the most important person in my life is my Dad. Why? My Dad is a single parent. Since my Mom died when I was young, he didn't replace my Mom even if he can. He works hard to send me to a prestigious school. He never complains about anything even if I'm a little bit of a headache sometimes. He would always give me simple advice, a simple thought for a day. That's my Dad. I love you Dad. Thank you.”

Emcee: Well thank you Candidate No. 6. That was a heartwarming answer. I'm pretty sure that your Dad is proud of your answer. Salute to all single dads. Now, last but not the least, please step forward Candidate No. 1. And here's your question, "Why do you think that you should win in this pageant?"

Candidate No. 1: Ahh…t-thank you for that wonderful question. G-good evening to all. I'm deserving to win the Miss Santa Barbara Comprehensive School 2005 because I have it all. I'm Ronila Capili. I'm beauty, brains and body. I'm the perfect role model here in our school. No bad record and I'm reliable. Any students can come to me and ask for my help. That's all thank you.

Emcee: Thank you Candidate No. 1 for such an inspiration to your fellow students.

Emcee: There you have it guys. Our Top 3 lovely candidates in their Q&A. Looks like they're more than ready, the crowd are excited. I hate to see these lovely candidates suffer but we need to announce who will be the new Miss SBCS 2005. I have the envelope to present the winners.
