"What is that supposed to mean?" I spat, my eyes fixed on Vienna as she folded her hand across her chest.

I must have definitely heard wrong!

"Don't make me repeat myself. You have two hours to get ready. Like I said, my dear husband and I are ready to cut that stomach open and take our child!" Vienna barked and for a second my heart stopped.

I growled, pushing myself into a sitting position as I stared at the crazy woman in front of me.

"Vienna, have you gone mad?" My voice dropped low. "Have you fucking gone insane!" I spat, my jaw clenching hard.

She only smirked and took a step forward, her tongue circling her lower lip. "Elena, have you forgotten what I've always told you? Listen, when I said I'll break you, I meant every bit of it! Look where you are now huh, helpless, carrying my child and ready to be cut open!"

I sat still, staring at the woman I did absolutely nothing to, fuming in front of me.
