"What are you doing here?" I ask in shock at seeing him at my doorstep.

"mind if I come in?" He asks with a smile. I take a deep breath and permit him to come in.

"I asked Billy about your health and he said you wanted to tell me yourself," He says sitting on the sofa. I follow him and take my seat across from him.
