Chapter Three

“Stop smiling, I hate your face when you smiled” I almost rolled my eyes to her, I’m just eating here with a smile on my face because I am trying to lift up my mood into a good one and here she is, scolding me.

I fixed myself before going out of the house, I walked to the ride. I don't know why my mother had such anger at me. As I remember that I didn't have anything bad or sinful, maybe I’m not enough as her daughter. But even though my mother was that way, I wouldn't let anything happen to her. She's the one I've ever had. I’m afraid if she’s not on my side.

"Sir, what's going on?" I asked the driver of the tricycle, they were in trouble.

"Something made a path to the corn. Just walk." I felt as if heaven and earth had broke me, I was late. The other way I would do it before I could get to our school is to walk long. I sighed before turning away, what else could I do? There was nothing to do with it. As I walked, I focused on the road and I walked faster than I can. I don’t want to be late for my class.

"Excuse me!" I turned my head when I heard a shout, my brows frowned as the man looking headed out the car window. "Where is the way here? I think I’m lost," he said. I turned around to make sure I am the one he asked for, seeing that I was the only one walking here, so it’s obvious he’s asking me.

"Just straight in there," I told him pointing at my right. He nodded and smiled at me so I returned to walk. I also immediately left my walk again when the man called me, in my mind, I cried out. I’m in a hurry. I glared.

"Hey, easy. I just want to let you ride in my car, obviously, you’re in hurry, I can see on your face. Hop in," he said.

Do we know each other, why would he let me hop in his car? I’m afraid that he will do something bad to me, he’s a stranger. I turned away from him and continued walking but I stopped again when he walked out of the car and grabbed my arm. I was about to go down when he suddenly pulled me off and forced me into his car, I slipped around but he was stronger than I was. I murdered him in my mind, he’s a fucking annoying.

"Jerk, this is harassment!" I shouted to him, "Put me back outside!" I shouted again but he didn't listen. He quickly got into the car.

"Where are you going?" he asked, I glared at him. “I’m just helping you out. You should be thankful,” he added and start driving. Maybe this ‘idiot’ will take me somewhere, gosh in my mind he won’t go to my school but somewhere I don’t know.

“In what you are wearing, obviously you’re going to school. I'll just find a person the same for what you're wearing and I'll take you down there,” he said, I ignored him. We’re not close, why would I talk to him.

He doesn't look like a thief, rapist, or any other bad person but I'm aware, maybe this is how bad people are playing tricks, they will use a nice car to get rid of some girls.

"What are you doing?" I turned to him when he asked, he was looking at me with a frown on his eyebrows. He watched as my hand covered my body. I heard him chuckled, “What do you think of me? I'll rape you? Hell, no way. You’re not my type.”

Wow, so it's my fault that I’m not his type? He thought he was handsome. Okay fine, he’s handsome but it hurts the way he told me that I’m not his type. Ugh, whatever, that doesn’t matter anymore, maybe his type is those girls have a big butt and a big girls thing. I fixed myself, I sat down properly in the sit as I rolled my eyes at him.

I saw that we’re now near, I looked at him. "I'm here," I said and hurried out of the car. I hadn't gone far when someone suddenly grabbed my arm, I faced the guy and raised my brow to him. What his problem this time?

“You forgot something,” he said.

“What? Is it money? Wait, I’ll get my payment for the ride.” I was bout to open my bag to get some money to pay for my ride but he stopped me.

“I’m not a grab nor a taxi, you don’t need to pay. What I mean is, you forgot to give me your phone number? ” what the hell? Is that what he wants me to give? I’m not into giving my information to strangers.

I smiled at him, “I’m sorry Mr. but I won’t give any information about me, especially to a stranger like you,” I said and smiled widely, I turned my back but this guy tested my patience. I gritted my teeth as I turned my face again into him. “What now?” I asked. He’s totally annoying me.

“I just want your phone number, after all, I helped you. And look, if you’re still being stubborn here you will be late for your class. What time is it? It’s eight-thirty,” he said with a smile, I hate his smile and everything about him. I looked at my wristwatch, my eyes widen when I saw what time is it. Shit.

“This is your fault!” I shouted at the guy. I glared at his phone in his hand, looks like he’s really waiting for me to give him my phone number. I sighed and snatched his phone. I put my phone number and give back his phone.

I was about to run again when he suddenly grabbed my arm, again and again, bullshit! I am late now. “You forgot to put your name,” he said while smiling.

I grabbed his phone again and I put my name. I almost throw his phone on his face. I don’t care, he’s annoying me. “That, thank you for the ride. It’s your fault if my professor won’t let me in after this, you jerk!” I lastly said and finally, I turned my back and run too fast. Hoping, I won’t see his face again.
