Lycan's love at first kiss

Plate-crushing noises start ringing in the whole house.

The few maids who also work here looked at that little girl in pity.

A woman came running to the room and started shouting at the little girl.

"oh, no. You girl, you can't even do a simple task. You are cursed. Pick up all those pieces. You broke a 10 dollars plate," said that lady holding that little girl's jaw forcefully. 

The little girl's snow-like skin has become now red cause of the tight grip.

"Let it go, dear. It's ok. It's only a 10 dollars plate. No big deal. We can buy another, " said a man to that woman affectionately.

"Ohh, honey. You are just too kind. You are letting this cursed girl stay with us and even feeding her that for free," said that woman while looking back at that man. 

That man smiled but only he knew why he was doing all this.

"Let's have dinner, " the men said. 

"let's go," that woman replied and went to the dining table with that man. She never did once look back at her daughter who haven't eaten anything for two days.

At the table, there were many delicious foods that made that little girl also want to eat but she was afraid that her mother would scold her again.

She just looked at her feet and wait till the couple finished eating. 

No one called her again to eat.

After eating when the couple went back to their own room,she ran back to the table but to her utter sorrow all the food was finished.

She thought that it was the third day she was going to sleep without any food in her stomach. 

For a seven years old girl, she sure was really skinny. Her amber eyes kept looking back at the dining table and her finger tips kept on playing with her golden hairs. Her snow like skin was still slightly red. Only her chubby cheeks had meat in her entire body. 

Even in this small age,her beauty couldn't be hidden. she sure, is a promising beauty. 

She went back to her room which was in the roof. With a old mattress and a very Little teddy gifted by her father was her only possession. She has only 2 sets of clothes and a pair of shoes. Even they all were old and worn out.

The only source of light coming in the room is a few little holes made on the roof. At day,they provides the room with warmness and light but at the night the same source of warmness makes the entire room turn cold and dark. Darkness that keeps her awake the entire night fearing ghosts will come and tear her apart.

She after all was only a seven years old naive girl. A seven years old child who seeks for her mother's warmth and love. A seven years old child who also wants a father who would protect her from all the evils. But alas! Luxury is really costly. It's something she can't afford.

She was about to fall asleep when she heard knocking sounds.

"knock, knock"

she opened the door and saw Mi sua,Their head and oldest maid. She is in her mid fifties but with her brown hair and brown eyes,she looks like she is only forty-five or something like that. Her eyes held motherly warmth and kindness. She was carrying a plate with her. 

"I have bring food for you my little Li bai ball," she said with a smile.

yes,sometimes when Li bai doesn't get food,Mi sua would bring her food secretly. She loves Li bai like her own child. She also wants to adopt her but can't cause then the owner of the house would kick her out of their house . And she can't afford to loss her job as she runs her house with it.

Little Li bai ate her food in hurry afraid,her mother or step-father will come and take the food away.

Mi sua felt like crying after watching this and cursed god for making this little girl go though this much pain.

"Thank you,mum," Li bai said with a big smile to Mi sua. 

Mi sua cried out of happiness hearing this little word from the mouth of that innocent little girl. 

From that day, these two were mother and daughter.
