Unveiled

Ember's pov.

"What happened? Was it a nightmare?" Trent asked, his eyes searching mine.

I had been yelling in my sleep and he'd heard everything.

"Yes, it was."

I answered, holding onto him tightly. I had no idea what that dream meant. Was the moon goddess trying to tell me something?

"What happened?" He asked as he rubbed my back, trying to comfort me.

"I dreamt about our babies and…"

I told him everything about the nightmare.

"It was just a dream," he said in response, "It was probably just your imagination, maybe you watched way too many movies…"

"It didn't feel like a dream," I countered, looking up at him.

It really felt so real, I was surprised that I woke up.

"It was. Just forget about it, please. You know you are approaching your due date. You can't afford to let silly dreams spoil your mood. You have to be strong," he said with a wide smile
