CASPER HALLOW

Today is the one year death anniversary of me and Amelia , my wife . I miss her and our son she was one month pregnant and we were over joyed even when my parents didn't approve of our Union .

I was still crying this was the only place I could be vulnerable and not care about my status.I was looking at her picture on my phone when I heard someone sobbing nearby.

“Dad , am sorry i let you down , I don't know what to do am sorry, I want to join you this world is too cruel for me .”The voice belonged to a lady

I didn't want to pay any attention to her but her crying voice was touching my heart ,I listened to her talking to her dad and for a second I forgot about my own pain.

I was about to see the Lady's face when my driver called me .

“I want to drive myself just get a taxi back home.”I said making the driving look at me like have grown horns on my head

This was the first time am driving since my accident with Amelia.”You don't have to worry I'll get back home safely.”I said driving out from the cemetery.

I was currently driving at high speed when I saw a figure standing in the middle of the road with a sad smile , when I looked closer I was seeing Amelia smiling at me . I didn't know what happened next all I know was that Amelia isn'tn't dead.

I woke up and i found out that I was in the hospital with an IV drip fixed to my hands. Amelia was standing at the Front of the car hope I didn't hit her.

I looked round and found my mother talking to a doctor.”Mom where's Amelia.”I asked her she looked at me with sad eyes filled with tears ready to pour out

“Mom don't tell me I hit Amelia.”I asked her again hoping I didn't hit her

“Casper Amelia has been dead for a year now and today is her death anniversary you got into an accident on your way back from the cemetery.”She said holding my hands

“Nooo, she didn't die she was smiling at me and I was trying not to hit her.”I shouted back shocking everyone

How can they say she died no way.

I was still looking around looking for Amelia when I was injected and everything turned black.

DOCTORS OFFICE

“What's wrong with my son doctor.”Mrs Susan asked with a frown on her face

“We checked and found out he hit his head and now his brain is blocking out some memories , that of his late wife that's why he still thinks she's alive.”The doctor said

“What should we do?, When is this going to stop.”Mrs Susan asked

“He is okay , just that he saw something that triggered the memories.”The doctor said

“What should we do , I explained to him and he's not accepting.”Mrs Susan said

“We have to observe him it may be okay when he wakes up.”The doctor said making Mrs Susan happy

“The girl your son hit is in the other ward she isn't responding to any treatment and she's pregnant.”The doctor said

“Pregnant.., can I see her .”Mrs Susan said immediately

“Yes, this way madam .”The doctor said leading her out

Many tubes were attached to Emily and she was still unconscious.”do you think she'll survive it.”Mrs Susan asked feeling sad for the young girl

“We can't say now till she regain conciousness and also her feutus is at the early stage and anything can happen.”The doctor said

Mrs Susan looked at the girl wearing a lose hospital gown .”She's wearing a hospital gown do you think she ran away from the hospital.”Mrs Susan asked

“We can't be certain yet , no identity card was found on her.”

“You have to make sure she doesn't lose her child and do everything in your power to make her okay.”Mrs Susan said

The girl looks like Amelia from a distance was this why Casper said he Saw Amelia. She was still contemplating when a nurse rushed in and whispered to the doctor.

“We have to go now , Mr Hallow woke up and is causing a scene.”The doctor said

When they reached Casper's ward he was removing the drip from his hands causing blood to flow out.

“Casper stop!.”Mrs Susan shouted making Casper stop

“Mom they don't want to let me see Amelia.”Casper whined like a baby making everyone shocked

“You can't see her now , the doctor is treating her.”Mrs Susan said

“Are you sure, is my baby okay?.”Casper asked making Mrs Susan sad

“Am not sure about that now son but the doctor is trying his best so you have to take your drugs and not make me worry.”Mrs Susan said smiling at Casper

“Can I see her just for a minute and I promise not to interrupt anything.”Casper said making Mrs Susan look at the doctor for him to cooperate

“Let's go it's this way.”The doctor said directing them

When they arrived at the ward Casper was looking at the girl sleeping with many tubes attached to her body. Mrs Susan thought that Casper will quickly know that she isn't Amelia and everything will come back to normal but she didn't expect Casper to still insist that she's Amelia.

“It's all my fault I shouldn't have taken her out of the house , she wouldn't have been like this .My baby is he okay.”Casper asked the doctor

“We are trying our best to make sure both mother and daughter survives so you just have to let us do our job .”The doctor said

“Okay I'll go to my ward now , please take care of my Amy.”Casper said leaving

After leaving the ward Emily showed sign of waking up but nobody saw her.
