Lana~I woke up the next day, body sore from all angles. Lana~"Mother?” I blurted. Mom quirks an eyebrow up, "Oh, so you do remember you have a mother?” She asks snarkily. I felt my face heat up in embarrassment.“What are you doing here, mother?” She walks closer to me, dropping her bag on the table. "You’ve been ignoring my calls as well as your father’s. Care to tell me why?” She asks, her gaze heavy on me. "The part was last weekend, you didn’t come and you ignored our calls and messages, making me the laughing stock of the country.”
