Chapter Thirty Seven

~NALINA ROMIREZ~

I had this odd feeling that someone was following me. No one seemed out of the ordinary but the feeling wouldn't go away. I left school about half an hour ago and just arrived at the bus stop. I had to walk back to the craft shop because the driver was too busy singing songs that he didn't hear me telling him to let me off. I could see it in the distance but I had to walk for a good five minutes.

I glanced over my shoulder but I didn't see any suspicious cars or people. I hate having to always be on the lookout but it was a must for me now. I was a target and I can't forget that. I walked faster trying my best not to bump anyone on the way.

Mykel flashed acrossed my mind and I released a groan. I was upset with him. I understand his concern for me but I couldn't possibly lock myself at home everyday. He wasn't happy about me getting a job but I told him I didn't care what he thought. I was only a bit mad at myself for talking to him like that but I wasn't a child. I
