"The search party is here to see you, My Lord," I announced the instant I arrived at the manor.

Killian raised his face and stared at me endlessly, almost bursting out in laughter. "Here to see me? But I sent for them, how come they are now here to see me? And how come you were so fast in getting them to assemble them in just a few minutes?" He asked endlessly with a sly smile. "Or has your lazy attitude caused you to fabricate lies to say to the Alpha?"

"Of course not! Come on, I'm not lazy, I've never been lazy. You should have asked me what transpired on my way instead of raining down several insults on me." I said in protest, although sounding a bit casual so as not to arouse his anger.
