Chapter 22 - Dex. Pov.It took all my self-control not to pull Lilly out of Bruce’s hands and charge at him. You don’t have to be a psychic to know what they were planning. The smell of Lilly’s arousal was like a slap in the face the moment Bruce opened the door. Drake is still growling in my head, trying to push me to go after them. Chapter 30 - Lilly’s Pov.Dex may have convinced the others that he's taking most of the shifts so their work wouldn't suffer, but I don't believe it.
