Writer has gotten so far & then stopped dead! Talk about letting people down. What a waste of time & money - wait until it’s finished if you’re going to bother with this at all…

Chapter 1
Just one of those days, one like many other days before. Being a child of Summer and Damian, who are leading not just a pack but an alliance on top of raising three young wolves, is depressing. Okay depressing is a pretty big word to use but trying to fill the imprints they have left for us, seems like a mountain to climb. Everyone knows that we are different, that we have these, let us call them abilities. My Brother, Zain, and I have grown remarkably close. Not only have we got a strong Twin bond, but we are connected through these special abilities too. Together we can see things that have happened, and we can see into the Future too. These abilities give us the chance to change feelings and guide people through hardships, but the Future is forever changing. Every step you take, every decision you make, you change the future, so we had to learn, not to trust it too much and just use it as guidance. “You have done well today, Zara. You can go Home now. Z

Chapter 2
Aaron get’s up, then pauses for a moment. “Aren’t you guys supposed to serve food today in the Pack house?” he asks. “Oh, sh!t.” Zain jumps up and grabs my arm to help me up. My arms and legs are heavy, and, in all honesty, I don’t feel like doing anything at all. We were the last ones to move into the Pack house, considering we used to be right in the house next door to it, with our parents it was pretty pointless moving in anyway, but everyone moves in there once they reach a certain age and maturity. Mom was against it, but Dad said it would do us good building friendships – which is yet to happen. Zain hurries ahead and I watch the wind mess around his silver and wild hair like it did with mine earlier. Funny to think we are Twins when really, we are so different. He is very tall and build to perfection. Zain has always loved training and you can tell by his muscles and athletic figure. Often, he takes on extra training hours with our uncle Ches, t

Chapter 3
A gush of wind makes me shudder and it reminds me that I must get back to it. Never have I been alone. Always someone by my side, especially my brothers. Love them both to bits but I just couldn’t keep lying to myself and everyone else. As we grew up, my parents have always tried to make us feel normal. We just had the added training about our abilities. We often been told not to use them and not to scare people, how much good and even bad we could start if we were to use them at the wrong time.“Fear of the unknown” was a phrase that was often used. Following the River, it’s perfect to hide any pawprints and even scents. For hours I been running now and slowly I am getting used to being on my own. This is it - I am a free wolf now.By my calculation I will be out of Alliance territory in the next day if I keep to myself and carry on at this pace. Starting to feel the strain on my body as I haven’t slept, and I don’t plan on stopping

Chapter 4
It has been hours since I seen or heard anyone. Only because of the light that shines in through the window, I can guess that it’s no longer day. Considering it is Summer, I would think it is around midnight. Wiping my tears away I jump back onto the Metal frame to try for another glimpse of outside. Suddenly I can hear some movement outside and a rattling chime of keys that are coming closer. I quickly jump down and sit myself back in the corner where I was before. The Door is now being unlocked and my three imprisoners are back. The one they call Rowan is at the front with a pair of chains in his hands while the slim tall guy is holding up a light. “Don’t be stupid now, the Alpha wants to see you. He is in a good mood as he just had a bit of fun and some drinks after he had been to a meeting. So, this might go in your favour.” He makes a step towards me in a bid to put on the chains. My wolf wants me to fight but if I now show them how strong I am they might overwh

Chapter 5
Slowly trying to open my eyes, I am barely able to open them, and everything is blurry. I am hurting all over. My hands are not cuffed anymore so someone must have been back to check on me.  And these is a water bottle next to me, which I grab to rinse the blood taste out of my mouth spitting it into the bucket with water on the side. Pouring some of the water in my hand to run it over my face. It eases the pain slightly. I should just fight them next time they come in, I will just have to make sure I run faster than they do once I am out, or I need to knock them out enough so they can’t raise the alarm and I am gone before they will know. “You don’t want to do that. Alpha Faron doesn’t take kindly to those running away and fighting his guards.” I hear a voice say through the window. “They beat you up bad, I know but hang in there. I am surprised actually that you haven’t talked yet.” The voice sounds familiar, kind of friendly. What makes me feel uneasy

Chapter 6
“Alpha Faron, he… He is my Father.” He sighs loudly and you can tell how his heart is breaking having to say it out loud. “Well, He found me one day, when he had to travel to an Alpha meeting. A Baby left abandoned, so he took me in. I should be thankful for his kindness really. I have to leave now but I will be back, I promise.” Jackson answers in a whisper before disappearing leaving me once again unable to say anything in return.I always thought Zain and I where the only ones with these special abilities. Never even crossed my mind that there had been others. I am certain my mother spoke of Ancient Blood and that it could be the cause for our abilities, but we couldn’t be certain. What if it’s not the reason we are special and there are others out there, special, like us. Hiding. Pacing up and down in my small cell I feel like I am going insane. I need to get out of here, it’s been hours since I last se

Chapter 7
Instantly I feel hurt by his action. Does he pretend? Is he not worth it? Why be so nice to me when we are alone to build a wall as soon as He walks into the Room. “So here we are, let’s sit and have some food, I am starving!” Alpha Faron exclaims as he walks closer to me and I feel slightly nauseous from his hideous smell. He looks far from starved, as soon as he sits himself down, he takes a glass that has just been filled with a purple-red drink, I presume it is Wine by the looks of it.  Jackson gestures to the Chair then helping me to sit down. He pushes the chair in. A young girl is offering me the same drink as the Alpha’s, but I put my hand on my glass refusing any of that devil’s stuff, grape juice that burns your throat, no thank you. “Julie, please offer her Apple juice.” He nods towards the young girl who hurries to change the Pitcher to the Juice one. “I can’t risk him knowing, how I feel about you.” He looks over to me as he mind links me. Chapter 8
“You do understand that now you have shown him how strong you are… that he can’t just let you go, right?  You made yourself even more interesting for him with how good you fight.” Jackson lets out a sigh. I didn’t think of it in the same way Jackson just said it out loud. I thought I would just show him that I am not pushed around any longer and am standing my ground, prove that I didn’t attack Rowan and his crew.  “He is still convinced you gave him a wrong name and that you are trained well, makes him even more suspicious. I don’t care about your Name. I know who you are.” He sits himself next to the fountain with his back leaning against it. I can feel how stressed he feels. “You do?” I ask questioning as I sit myself next to him. “I knew the first time I saw you, over on the other side of the Mountain. I had a feeling and it made me curious. I can’t describe it. It’s as if I knew you was coming. The Food on the top, when you were that exhausted you fell

Chapter 9
Why is he around here now, I am sure his pack used to be miles and miles away from us, unless I ran faster and made it further than I thought? “Really Random Jackson but, have you always been living here?” I make it sound like an innocent question, but it baffles me slightly.“No, we are just here to collect the new Pack members. We are actually heading off back Home soon. Well, I am not sure what’s going on at the moment but that was the plan. Rowan, Loren, and Jon had been out looking around the area for anyone who might had been hiding when they came across you climbing down the hill. When I found you up on top of the Mountain, I thought maybe you been part of the pack and I left you food in the hope you would stay away from here till we move on. So, when I walked into the Room when we first met, I was a bit surprised to say the least.” Jackson leans his head against mine on his shoulder.“Promise me something

Chapter 10
Maybe this was always what it was supposed to be. When I tried with Zain’s help to look in the future of our own, we could never really see anything. I knew better than to let it drive me crazy as it can always change, we just thought it’s because it was us and we can only see other people’s future. What if we couldn’t see it because we weren’t together anymore. “Hey… have you fallen asleep? Let’s go.” Jackson beckons with his hand as he jumped up from the bed. Slightly overwhelmed by the sudden change it takes me a moment to realise what is happening. He notices how undecided I am, so he stops and listens. “Are you okay?” He holds his hand out for me. “Trust me, you will be fine. I will look after you, no one will ever hurt you again.” He adds.I jump up from the bed and take his hand. Swiftly we are walking out through the big backyard with the beautiful garden , up to
